True, we have to wait and see.

Devon technically only lost one fight, but he robbed Matthyese badly and hasnt look good in..like ages.

Broner is so corny ffs I cringe every time I watch one of his interviews. He tries so *bleep* hard man its annoying as shit. He's a good fighter, but he's definitely beatable. He looked shocked by Rees speed but Broner adjusted well and Rees had no power. Easy stay busy fight for Broner.

Mayweather's going to face Guerrero on May 4th like everyone anticipated... I'm just glad its not Devon fcking Alexander. Floyd will take Guerrero to school. Robert will make it an ok fight but Floyd is in no danger really...

Still not confirmed is Canelo vs Trout on the under card. Really hope they make this fight.

I like Guerrero, I think he has a chance.

He is very long left handed and has some great skills. Also he is tough. I think he could win if Flloyd has fallen off a bit.

I do wonder how Flloyd's career will end.

Does he go out on a big fight? Retire after crushing Pacman in his final bout? Or does he come back again and again with declining skills?

Does he lose before he retires? Does he retire once he lost once?

Dont know, never seen him.

33 years old, 7 defeats..sounds journeyman-ish..which isnt the worst thing in the world.

Has thought 4 fighters I know, Castillo, Cayo, Holt and Juan Diaz...lost them all, and Cayo the only guy who didnt KO him.

To be honest I hope he loses. Nothing would please me more than to see him lose to a below par opponent like Guerrero. I've written loads here about how amazing Floyd is in the ring, but at this stage I'm just sick of him. He's full of shít. Since those Castillo fights (one of which he lost), he has consistently avoided the best fighters in any given division. I think if the decision in the first Castillo had gone the other way, Floyd's career would have been twice what it is today. He bases everything on that zero, but the lengths he has gone to protect that 0 just take the piss. Floyd should have been the undisputed fighter of the decade, hell of the last 20 years. Look at resume's though, and Manny Pacquiao beats him hands down, a guy who on boxing skill alone isn't in Floyd's league. It's Floyd's fault he'll never be considered one of the best of all time, he hasn't fought the best.

I'm not going to write an essay, I'm just gonna use one example because everyone knows what Floyd is like.

We're entering 2008. The Welterweight Division is the strongest it's been since the days of Leonard, Hearns, Benitez and Duran. Floyd retires, goes to WWE for a while, waits for everybody to beat each other and then comes back and fights a Lightweight. He brings him up two weight classes, and then doesn't bother to make weight himself. Of course looks absolutely immense in the fight itself.

Tonight? Hell yes, im in.

I missed the Flloyd rant paddy, dunno how.

Who has Flloyd not fought he should have Paddy?

The only won I can think of is Marg..and Pacman obviously but that is on Pacmans people too clearly.

But other than them, who else?

I do agree he cares too much about the 0 record but I mean, he has fought everyone at some point no?

I dont see how Manny has a better resume?

He has lost to Marquez 2 or 3 times, once offically, Flloyd belted him. Everyone Manny beat, Flloyd already beat or beat after but at a better difficulty (Cotto at his weight)...minus Marg.

Just wanted to comment on this, Guerrero is a top quality fighter not a below par opponent as you put it.

Sad

That was pure dominance. I just didn't think Rigo would be able to do that. I mean he made a top 10 p4p look like a bum. I'm so disappointed in Donaire. He gave a lot of excuses(even tho he said they weren't) but the outcome would have been the same no matter what. Rigo is amazing. I have seen the light. Donaire is still ma boy. He'll reek havoc at feather. Don't know whats left for Rigo tho. A fight with Mares would be amazing, but that wont happen. It will be interesting to see what Arum does next.

Donaire was made to look 1 dimensional, looking for one punch, Rigo is WAY to smart and way too good defensively for that. Almost disrespectful thinking he could get through like that....didnt he see Rigo before? I get if fans sleep on him, hes been under the radar, but the guy is a legend without being recognised.

He has won 2 Olympic golds, 2 world championships...in the discussion for the greatest amateur fighter of all time....lost just 12 fights in 400...which is unreal....and the last time he lost was a decade ago.

I am glad you have seen the light, for the first time I saw him...I was like okay, this guy is something. I might go as far as to say one of the best all around talents I seen during my lifetime.

Just did some research, perhaps 400 fights isnt true..its impossible to know for sure, some people put it at closer to 300. Either way, one of the best records of all time.

Got a predicton Reb?

Still think Canelo will take him. I predict a struggle in the early middle rounds(4-7 ), a close fight, but Canelo going to land the more impactful shots while Trout does his job staying in the fight but not landing very many big shots.
