HOw highly do you rate Didier drogba ??


Good : He has been chelsea's main man for a while, he came at 27 but settled in immediatly. Also he reaaly is a good guy , i remmenber the way he qualifies CIV for wolrd cup 2006. Awesome. He is loyal , a fighter, not a mercenaire and He loves The club. Such players like sheva and torres won't even be remember that much

Bad somehow : He got sent off in CL final 2008 because he hit vidic . He kinda let down his team but it's his temperament. without that he would not be didier drogba.

So ? for me he is a legend ahead of lampard or terry because he has benn there for just 6-7 years but the impact is big . just miss the CL

I think he is a Chelsea great but somehow I do rate him a legend.

For me, I rate Osgood and Tambling higher.

Easily more consistent than Torres, and rivaled him on his best days. I don't understand how he's slipped down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge. I can understand that AVB is trying to build a squad for he future, but come on...

No question it'd be wonderful to see him play for us again, but he could ruin what is currently a near perfect legacy

I'd have him back as a player-coach but only that. Think he could be useful coming off the bench in those big Top 4 and Champions League clashes when we need a goal.

Mourinho is still hoping to convince Drogba to accept a player-coach role at Chelsea next season.

Drogba is currently on holiday with his family and is considering a host of offers and proposals that have been put to him.

Juventus have made Drogba a firm offer, along with Major League Soccer clubs in the United States and clubs from the Middle East and China.

Drogba is desperate to keep playing and is also considering whether or not he wants to move into coaching and what the best time and route might be.

Mourinho is hoping his special relationship with the 36-year-old will be enough to convince Drogba to return to Stamford Bridge.
