The way Rafa gets United fans so riled up is a phenomenon that really needs its own name...Its really disproportional to any grievances

I am not entering into the debate of his interview but just showing their transfer money spent is a weak argument considering the status of squads of Liverpool and United.
That may be true but that's not what he said.
And I quote: 'No, I think it's the money they were spending. If you analyse the transfer record and the history ...' So I did.
Ya i am not defending his interview or entering on a debate about it simply becasue i havent seen the full content and if its true its completely wrong.
I was just pointing out that looking at the transfer ecords of both the teams since 2004 wont reveal the exact picture.

kleberson, djemba djemba, richardson, silvestre bellion etc were strarters for us, a crocked keane, solskjaer to boot
stop guessing, and its rafa who brought up the idiotic money debate lol
That was an awful United team. Bad memories.

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
they were starters ffs .. dont forget barthez in goal
keane suffered a hip injury, i think ruud injured his knee again, solskjaer suffered his 2 year long injury.. richardson started a lot of games, sadly djemba x2 did as well.. never mind having alan freaking smith as a starting midfielder
we finished 3rd in that period, failed to even get out of the cl group stages
to win the league, we sold ruud who went on to tear it up at madrid, sold rossi and bought michael freaking carrick
our squad was so thin we were tipped for 5th place..no-one can tell me we had a strong squad..we needed larsson on loan lol

In 2004 Bellion,Richardson, Kleberson, Ole and Djemba were not starters. Are you talking about 03-04 or 04 -05 ?

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
im talking through that period
solskjaer kept beckham out of the team, he was exceptional on the wing. we sold beckham expecting solskjaer to keep up the form, he did his knee in and were left with raw ronaldo as our right winger
sadly all those players played big roles for us, our squad was threadbare
in no way did sir alex have the luxery of building from a strong squad base during rafas reign

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
Its really shame to talk like this to media. And what ferguson spent i dont understand, the man is always takes his team to CL finals. and he has maybe only 2 players that would make top-20 players in the world. He always spent on unknown players when last time m.u bought a star player. look at other top teams in the world. this was really stupid and unrespectful comment by benitez

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
The squad wasn't that good but the first XI was good and Ole hardly played form 03-05. Rafa is a little underrated but it's not like if Pool didn't spend money.

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
IMO the facht is rafas rotational policy killed him, he dropped too many points by resting key players like Torres mash xabi and Torres
That and some of his questionable depth players like n'gog and babel, I'm sure there was $ available to rafa to replace them if he wanted to but he stick by them (of course sticking by Lucas yielded much greater results them sticking by babel)

Why? Redoranje will do his usual business on responding and owning the ignorant fools who stereotype with fallacy on Rafa.
Unlike him, I simply don't have the patience or temperament to respond to the nonsense.
If you don't have the patience then why bother to respond and then keep commenting on the article, lad? You use that line so frequently it seems like you're just upset about the reality or something and don't want to admit it.
If you have a argument then bring it up otherwise the only ignorant fool that is present is the one that relies on daddy to do the talking.

Re: the bitter spanish waiter..
What are we arguing about? Any Pool fan that thinks Rafa was good is delusional.
Guy got CL thanks to the spirit of his team, he didnt even know which players played and which didnt in the first half, got zero clue what to do after 3-0.
With all the resources he couldnt do jacksh... with Liverpool in 5 years

The only reason why his six year period is remembered there is because of 1 CL...otherwise no one would give a crap about him.

You know EJ I can actually see where your coming from as you know why? You just did not
experience how many times I did actually respond to the fallacious statements against Rafa. I responded time and time again with posts longer then my usual notoriously long posts. But when the same old nonsense is brought up like a Deja vu, eventually you only grow weary of the topic and only respond in bitterness rather then calm and collective debate with facts. The latter as
mentioned I did so time and time again in the previous forums and now with this topic, I'm leaning towards the former, its happens to everybody yet it depends on ones threshold.
I'm reasoning with you cause I can understand how you are percieving on how I will only rely on red and am
venting empty frusteration.
But the fact is he does possess more patience and can excecute his debate on this far better then
I can and his post would do the same as it always has done when it comes to this topic, which is completely and legitimately bury the topic.
Maybe if this goes on and red does not respond, I'll just bring up my template argument that I've done dozens of times and most of you would only
live to bring this dead topic again.
All talk? Yea maybe, but now I'm apathetic in some areas
topics I've dealt with more then I can count.
I'm only venting my frusteration at something that's like a weed that pops up again and again.
It's better i don't waste my time on something futile
despite burying this topic multiple times.
I only pointing out how ridiculous some of the statements are.

Seriously where how do u came to this absurd conclusion? He stick by them because our previous muppet owners (Hicks and Gillette ) didnt give him anything to spent apart from money bought from selling players. They spent all the money in sevicing debt.He basically operated on a sell to buy.And even then he couldnt get what players he wanted with Rick Parry deciding who to buy.Typical example is Rafa wanting to buy Silva in 2008 but Parry deciding to buy Keane who wont even fit into our formation.

Ya we dont remember him for winning an FA cup , reaching another CL final , or another 2 CL semi finals. Or taking a Liverpool team no one bothered about in Europe to become one of the most feared teams in Europe
Perhaps we arent as plastic as some other ignorant fans

2005 - Winners
2006 - Last 16
2007 - Runners Up
2008 - Semi Finals
2009 - Quarter Finals
2010 - Group Stage, Europa League: Semi Final
Yeah, Benitez only had one good season in Europe.
I had no idea how well Benitez had gotten under the skins of Premier League fans, it's unbelievable how bitter some fans are.

Why wouldnt we when Valencia was perfectly happy to sell and Silva was happy to come to one of the best teams in Europe back then?
Care to elaborate?
