He's a back up striker mate. Nothing more, nothing less.

Very good signing considering Arse have Zero depth atm.

EDIT: I think the CB and midfielder he'll go for will be of higher quality though. They desperately need a creative midfielder atm even more than us!

Are you serious? maybe you are discovering Park, he isnt even a striker ffs, he plays behind the forward or on the wings as inside forward, guy isnt a goalscorer ffs.

How about Arsene risks it on a true natural forward, then my first impression would be a bit more positive.

It's because of this (Wenger tranfsers) that I really believe Arsene would retire from football at Arsenal Football Club. Although finding another Henry at such a low cut price would not happen for some time....

If Young is worth £18m and Downing £20m. I think Cahill would be worth 'round £15m if he wasn't in the last year of his contract.
