Arda is born 2005 and Yamal 2007. Just a couple of years between them. That's nothing. Besides Yamal has played 10x more mins than Arda and Arda only plays with the B team. Imagine if hee could assist Vini instead of Joselu. Would have double digits

I don't really get what's the point in this comparison though. Guler was the hottest thing on the market and you seized the opportunity. He is not homegrown, makes more sense to compare Yamal and Paulo Iago or some other fraud from la fabrica

Arda has been injured for nearly the whole season comes plays 200 mins and registers better numbers than Yamal who even got a Motm in a Clasico Laughing

Bet Nico Paz is better than Yamal too. Unfortunately for him we are not giving him chances to play with the first team.

I think Yamal will win but not because he's better. they will give it to him for the same reason that they didn't give the El Classico's MOTM to Vazquez despite him being directly involved in all three goals, but Yamal getting the award for scoring a phantom goal that was not even a goal. Laughing

As i said Yamal is the current starboy of Spain in a time where they look really dry in talent, they will try to make a Messi out of him, they will market him as hard as they can because they have no one else, their neighbors have Jude Bellingham, Florian Wirtz and Mbappe.

He will be pampered to the high heavens, but it remain to be seen if he will turn into an actual star or the next Ansu Fati.

I always felt because Kroos isn't flashy he doesn't really get that credit since he doesn't pass with the outside of his foot, or try to dribble 3 defenders. But his crosses, his assists, his ball distribution. It wasn't planned but he was the perfect replacement to Alonso, and more than filled those shoes. Modric is great, but I always preferred Kroos. Although i don't think he has taken or scored as many free kicks as i would have thought.
