Dunno what u guys were watching but I thought our players did well this game, especially the likes of Gundo as usual, hes prolly our player of the season alongside De Jong. Lewand, Pedri n obviously Yamal had ggs as well.

Still Granada suck, so our defending continues to be a problem. Young Cabresi obviously has flaws but he should get better given his age. Kounde is still a big question mark. Inigo is fine but we lacked height n cover from midfield at times again... something missing since Busquets left.

AS reports Xavi will get sacked if he doesn't beat Napoli next week.

Read in other news that Laporta got really pissed last night so they might be onto something there.

I don't know what they'll achieve if they sack him now. Barca are more or less out of the league race. If they fail to beat Napoli they'll be out of the CL too. Far more coaches will be available in the summer than now. Given they've already waited too long, they should just wait it out some more

Weird how Barca young players get hyped up so quickly, but Real ones relatively less? Maybe due to traditionally Real more focus on their galatico stars more? Diaz is becoming really a top player so quickly, what a goal... n to imagine he will prolly mainly just be a bench player for yrs to come, unless he chooses to move to another club...

Madrid never focused on their academy whereas La masia became a thing of debate after it birthed Xavi, Iniesta etc and the like in a short spurt of time.

That’s a good looking lineup for Barca today and it’s young except for Lev. Once Gavi and Balde are back the lineup is competitive. Issue will still be no bench strength.

Gotta say, that was very lucky The pen was 50/50 n given, the poor defender couldnt have seen Yamal N then the retake Vital 3 points

Atletic Bilbao beats Girona, so thats 8 points lost by Girona is their last 3 games, lol... n just 2 points ahead of us... seems like their inevitable drop is happening fast already n its only Feb. We could well end up second after being so bad for so long? The league is a joke I guess Also weird to think either Girona or Bilbao will be in the CL...

Can't see how it's weird to think Athletic are going to be in the CL. They are the fourth biggest club in the country and third biggest in fanbase. Very historical club.

Shame prime Llorente and Aduriz won't be joining Athletic for the entry for they were golden in Europe. But will be nice to see the first time its done since 2014.

I dont know too much apart from the top clubs I just thought Athletic are smaller cos they belong to the Basque regions which is relatively smaller Still learning everyday

How about Zarra and Rafael “Pichichi” Moreno. The two major liga award are named in honor of these two Athletic legends. And yes they only have players born in Basque provinces (or have come thru team academy).

And from a historical perspective they rank 5th (behind 2 Madrid teams, Barcelona and Valencia).

4-0 Getafe... not sure if they were that bad or we were good tbh though... they played suicidal all game press us extremely high but not well n their defense had so many gaps throughout it was easy for us... even Christensen ran into their hole in defense to assist Felix for a tap in Cant remember last time we did a nice score line like 4-0....

Their problem today was that they actually tried to play football.... in the last game they focused mainly on disrupting the play and cockfighting which earned them a draw eventually but for some reason today they didn't even foul much  which is very out of character for them. That high line was indeed suicidal.

Ur right, bad memory... but they played total thug football n suddenly decided to be Liverpool wanna be n press crazy but only ended up committing suicide XD Thx very much to them though, all points vital for ensure top 4

We've lost one game in the league all season (2 in all competitions). This is shaping up to be our best season since Mou's second season with over 90 points. All this without a recognised n9. We have been amazing, although alot of games have been tough to watch but with the amount of injuries we've had it's a wonder we have remained consistent throughout our injury ordeal
