Btw has Pedri done his annual, I could've signed for RM but they rejected me whingeing yet.....

Arda was probably very close to Barca given Deco had flown over there to get it over the line until a serious club who pay their players on time swooped in and the rest is history

We are in serious need of creative players so this signing is welcomed

Lol you make it sound like he organizes press conferences to announce it. Anyway I think it was Madrid who rejected Pedri because he was too physically weak or something and journos probably ask him about that all the time

Money was a problem in the Arda case but the other thing is that he wanted to leave Fenerbahce asap and Barca wanted him to stay there for 1 more year on loan

Would not mind to sign him as Vlahovic back up or in worst case scenario as replacement. In fact we were linked for a while but if Man Utd is willing to bid 60m i hope we let them overpay.

I guess you must be trembling a bit, struggling now with awareness of the depth of your financial issues, and your team only able to build a competitive squad for la liga, not enough for Europe competitions and meanwhile your competitor is assembling another formative top team with strength and depth in all areas except fullbacks. Excluding the veterans 30+, who will no doubt depart in next three years, the average age is only 22 - 23 and of course talented. For once, management has been listening to their top scout.

The kid will be playing mid-table Ekstraklasa by the end of the decade. But hey at least you'll be able to enjoy his talents in person.

Ha ha, you are ignoring the new talent that is arriving and the fact that most of ours are either with a senior NT team or with a younger than U 21 NT team.

You should be more worried about how you will do in Europe the next few years!

The core of Barca is very young and we're also adding new talent (this summer: Faye, Roque, possibly Fresneda). We're going to be fine and I'm not worried at all, so stop projecting

Laporta confirmed they want 3 more signings for the first team: RB, and two midfielders

Romeu, Lo Celso and Cancelo are the names. Romeu on a permanent transfer whereas the other two on loan.

It makes sense for him to move, since he's struggled at Chelsea for the past couple of seasons. It just hasn't worked out for him.

The move to AC Milan looks like it'll work out, since they have lots of great midfielders to help create goal chances for him.
