Two different issues here, one is they have sold off a large portion of future earnings and thus they do have revenue for these sales and will meet FFP requirements.

The second is they need to shed about 5 players which will likely need some buy outs. They should be more proactive with this as it will prevent registrations. They have a month to do this. They still are getting players to take reduced salaries.

Yep 2nd lever was activated on wednesday or thursday, Xavi called Kounde and told him to wait a few days more then he'll be a Barca player and Kounde did travel with the rest of the team which bought Barca some time to prepare an offer
