Yeah, I have pointed that out to Myesyats several times, but he doesn’t think it will be an issue, I do! Seems most are pointing out salary load and FFP rules, but squad numbers are also relative as well. With the high numbers, selling and loaning are going to be tough plus they have their own versions of our ‘Mariano’, and complicating it for them are their deferred salary payments. It will be interesting to see how Laporte can manage this!

The salary cut is just so that he fits within the new structure instead of stretching it, and we still have 3 new players on our radar who will come in and offloading him makes that easier but the signings that are already announced arent in danger
