After one WC season it'd be best not to overplay their hands. The club has agreed to 10ME net to 2026 or 12ME net to 2027 at which point he'll enter his prime and could probably get 18-25ME in summer of 2025 if he keeps improving. He'll only be 24/25years old then. This is absolutely the right aproach

It’s the right approach for the club, but players are in the business of making the most out of their careers. If we were dealing with a more vicious agent, he would have squeezed more out of the deal, for sure. There is no better prospect at LW today in football than Vini, he is worth a lot

After seeing our captain and arguably the best player in history being shown the door when they became too greedy I understand that the rest of our players hesitate when it comes to asking for too much during contract renewals. Every renewal after those 2 have been spotlesess.

The club has gone out on a limb and offered him a huuuuge wage increase after just ONE wc season. The previous have been promising but never worth 10ME a year. Vini will eventually win balon d'or and every recruitment we make will be to help make him better. But that's only on the condition that either he improves even more or maintains his current level with a few tweaks.

Getting a shorter duration on this new contract is a win for Vini and not the club. As I see it, the club and Vini have met eachother halfway. He's now our third highest paid player which is a reflection in itself how much they appreciate him. If he continues in this uppward trajectory his new contract will be ginormous but far less than what Qatar is offering. And I bet he understands he'll never get those numbers here at RM but the trophies and prestige will be much more appealing. There's nothing in his behaviour that suggests he'll do a Neymar on us so as long as he continues to feel valued no amount of money will entice him

So I gathered Mane wasnt happy with his pay n wanted a challenge elsewhere, which is all so fking weird. Why wouldnt Liverpool pay him more since they got the money? Hard to replace him whoever u bring in, even Darwin. And gotta say again the fact that Mane n Salah dont get along all these yrs but still are able to link up n perform well together on the pitch is pretty weird again...

As for Mane no less risky move for him since hes not a real 9 to replace Lewand, n Bayern has got enough wingers already. If it means Coman sits on the bench again I think Coman should just move to another club lol, too good to be backup all these yrs being as good as he is...
