Seems like he has annoyed Arteta with his attitude
I was hoping Arteta can help him improve,especially defensively
I like him but he isnt an important player as of now,if we can get decent fee we should take it

This is a pretty good performance

They dont have much pace without Mouset,just keep the line high and dont give away set piece chances

Sheffield United were determined to make that half as physical and uncomfortable as possible, but Arsenal have handled it well enough. McBurnie won most of his headers for Sheff Utd but he lacked support and we had plenty of bodies in the box to pick up loose balls.

Sheff Utd's shape off the ball was good and made it hard for us to play into midfield, so the ball has spent too long with the defenders. Lacazette has worked hard with the limited possession he's had. Pepe has looked better playing closer to the CF (and with Maintained-Tiles behind him instead of Bellerin, maybe?). Can't fault the hustle of Willock but he does lack quality on the ball sometimes. Saka has struggled to get involved.

So again, unspectacular but that's probably for the best at this point. They'll probably bring Mousset on for more variety up front but Arsenal need to hold their nerve and not drop too deep, otherwise those long balls will become a real problem.

The struggle is real in the 2nd half so far

That Sheff Utd goal was pure Arsenal nonsense. One defender missing his head, the other clearing it straight at his teammate.

Second half much harder again, as it was vs Southampton. Defending those narrow leads by inviting pressure is tricky, especially against a side not afraid to play direct to big forwards and who excel at set-pieces. Their throw-ins gave us massive problems.

But then, Arsenal's frontline just isn't built to keep the ball and they can't really play a high defensive line with their current defenders, so this is all we can do right now. And tbf, the defending these last two games has been better.

FA Cup semi is gonna be against someone difficult but we've done it before, so there's hope.

Ceballos was the only midfielder who joined that attack for the last goal (except Saka who started it). When Ceballos took over the ball there was no one running towards the ball to join the attack or atleast help out the forwards. Those runs has been non existent this season. Ramsey used to do it but after him, none.

The goal we conceded was a reminder that we can never sit on a goal.

we almost cucked it up hey haha, but glad to see Ceballos doing something worthwhile since our first home game of the season vs Burnley

AMN over Bellerin, no two ways about it. He has played better in Arteta's system than Bellerin ever did.

Pepe needs to play more inwards, Arteta should know this. Maybe he is only using Pepe this way now because of his set up.
