Re: Marcus Rashford watch
Rashford feeding kids and writing books and shit has been such a good PR investment for him that it’s actually kept him in a job. Beyond the most protected player at this club and it more has to do with him being a nice guy than a good footballer

This. Youve a couple of major Rashford fans on this forum who will find the best in the tiniest moments of him, not pointing out he doesnt do much as a whole.
One cannot let someones deeds and image take away from the fact that Rashford is an above average player, at best. Does nothing of note for England as well.
Though doing what he does outside of the pitch is far far more important than what he does on thus why people like George Weah to Drogba are immortalised beyond their footballing exploits.

Re: Marcus Rashford watch
George Weah and Drogba are 100x better at their worse than Rashford will be at his best in terms of footballing ability.
But I agree... Weah and Drogba were good. But they are not among the truly elite imo. For example, Roy Makaay shats on both of them but somehow isn't talked about as much (yes, i was a huge Makaay fan). Forlan was an incredible player too that isn't talked about the same way.

Was a fan. Not anymore. Martial level of smugness and self-entitlement reflecting in his attitude lately. The fame and recognition has gotten into his head it seems. Sell. Sell.

By elite I mean African elite to which they were of the finest. Weah himself is a Ballon D'or winner but the idea is that in Africa youre expected to also be a great man outside of the pitch usually by taking responsibility of your own country.
Rashford of course will never compare he isnt really a special player by any means and looks woefully out of his depth against top teams.

What's wrong with this guy, he is literally jogging like he's the 6'4 target man in a defensive team

What are you taking about!
I am all with ManU supporters here, Rashford is far far better player than Mane. End of it.

He needed dropping ages ago. It's like you're playing with 10 men.
He hasn't had a good half of football, much less a good game, in YEARS. When will enough be enough? English Januzaj.

Re: Marcus Rashford watch
It seems like United fans have fully turned on him and plenty of the media are recognizing this guy is absolutely not world class
unfortuantely he was given a 300K p/w contract so we're stuck with him, he was deceiving people with that brief form of his where he was on a goalscoring streak, his overall level is pretty poor, very one dimensional and sadly he thinks he's a superstar, needs to be relegated to supersub status then let go on a free, there are 100 players in the PL better than him

Re: Marcus Rashford watch
The recent goodwill he did had an odd effect on people to like him so much they convinced themselves he is also a very good player.
He never was as I never saw the hype given his transparent limits.
If United want to ship themselves back to old glory this man isn't the one to be a part of it.

Re: Marcus Rashford watch
I thought he was WC... but prolly didnt improve his overall game n seem indeed one dimensional... little team play n tries to do it all himself too much, such a shame... pretty sure still will be a bench option at least for Man U for yrs to come
