Next Numpty?
Re: Next Manchester United manager?
I don't recall this big a club hiring a manager and calling him straight up "caretaker" manager. Manager was shit but PR is also shit

Re: Next Manchester United manager?
I'd give Ole props for that but 2 glaring questions
1) he's talking in English when presumably the vast majority of his side speak the same native language as him
2) who the fuck is filming Molde training sessions
it was definitely for some TV documentary/show thing, so we can't be sure if he's naturally like that
can see a Top 4 comeback now and CL semi finals minimum though

either you're a complete numpty or just fishing for replies (it's the former with you, always)
we can and will attract the elite of the elite, same as always
he has little budget at Spurs, has reached a ceiling with them
and we finished above them in the table last season, as we did you

Re: Next Manchester United manager?
Yeah, Spurs stretched themselves too thin with the stadium deal and will be unable to reinforce the squad. That is why they signed everyone on mega long contracts. They will have to sell players Poch wants to keep if they are to bring new players in.
Poch is obviously unhappy with this and will probably leave in summer I would imagine. United might be the only club who will pay the release clause.

as of right now spurs are better than you. have a very good squad a great team spirit. you have 450mil worth of shit. your keeper is the only player worth keeping. it would take poch 3 years to clear out the dead wood and get manure to where spurs are now and thats if he gets 3 years. also if you can get the elite of the elite then why did you hire 3 scrubs since fergie left. you are not in the big 5 anymore buddy get used to it.Firenze wrote:either you're a complete numpty or just fishing for replies (it's the former with you, always)

Where as everyone in the top 6 is making the players they have better than they were before they managed them.
Guardiola, Klopp, Sarri, Pochettino and Emery, all of them have taken the talent they have to degreeing levels and improved them.
Mourinho has made them worse, that alone is a sackable offence. Anyone who refuses to see this and open their eyes to evidence in front of them can bury their heads in the sand if they want but just know you ain't living in reality.
Oh to answer the question directly, what would Pochettino do with Lukaku ? He probably wouldn't buy him to begin with because you know Mourinho actually bought him, you don't get to buy a player and be absolved of blame when said player doesn't perform.
As for Fellaini, he only plays because Mourinho is a dinosaur and prefers kicking people over actual talent. They have much better options who are totally ignored because Mourinho is incapable of actually coaching attacking football so again Fellaini wouldn't play under Pochettino.
Never knew there were so many people who want to make excuses for a manager who has failed to stop his players regressing much less improving them.
Because you know the no 1 job of a manager which he failed to do so spectacularly.
Making excuses for Mourinho? Me? I started the Sack Thread before he was officially appointed.
Mourinho's usual 3rd season meltdown doesn't change the fact that United have been mismanaged from board level for years.
First appointing van Gaal - then Mourinho, the complete opposite of van Gaal style-wise. What's the thought process behind this from board level?
Signing bunch of has beens like Schweinsteiger, Ibra, Falcao, Di Maria, Valdes just because of their names.
Signing straight up frauds and donkeys like Fellaini, Schneiderlin, Depay, Rojo etc.
Plus fraudulent leftovers of the SAF era like Young, Jones, Smalling.
Has there been a worse transfer history of any big club ever?
The one true elite talent they signed is an overrated manchild.
Mourinho has also failed but let's not act like this is a squad that should be competing. Getting 2nd last season with these players was the best anyone could have done in a season when City collected 100 points.

Where did i deny of that? you're the one whose ignoring a manager who not only failed to improve the players he had but made them worse to make excuses for him.
As i said it's the no 1 mandate for any manager and he failed to do it spectactularly, when a manager fails to do so the rest of the stuff is completely irrelevant.

He was a striker coach when he was still at Man United, so I didn't find that clip particularly surprising I don't know the exact ratio, but Molde has a lot of foreign players. I'm not even sure if the majority are Norwegian.

RO and I had frequently opposite views to which he used to come out the victor due to his experience, command of language and superior logical reasoning but never did it stop me from learning. His knowledge and calm for the club and his passion for aviation is felt in its absence here. GL needs another like that.
