Re: Arsenal Lobby
Gazidis officially gone. Vinai Venkatesham (head of commercial) and Raul Sanllehi (head of football relations) are taking over as managing director and head of football respectively.
https://www.arsenal.com/news/club-names-new-leaders-ivan-heads-italy
So Venkatesham is taking over the business side of the club while Sanllehi is running the football side. Guess we'll see if Josh Kroenke takes a leadership role of if we'll recruit someone else.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
So Raul Sanllehi has now officially taken over the role of Director of Football. I imagine him and Vinai will have greater influence in their respective fields than they did until now.
I feel like now everyone knows their role and responsibility as opposed to the Ivan Gazidis-Wenger era where these two did everything on their own.
Good stuff.
Thanks to Gazidis for his work here and good luck in Milan.

You could tell Wenger has sauce, just look at his left hand. Only ballers play with their wrist like that. pic.twitter.com/4Nn5DqT3PE

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Apparently, according to Rai Sports, Beppe Marotta might become our new CEO.
Taking this with a big pinch of salt since I've no idea why he'd leave Juve. Then again, I thought the same about Gazidis leaving us, so...

Re: Arsenal Lobby
That would be the greatest move in Arsenal history after hiring Arsene.
Better than signing Messi imo
Would love him at Arsenal.
However i saw many Italian Arsenal fans saying that the news come from a terrible source.

Impressive deal considering that we have been in the EL for two years now. They must have the confidence that we'll make the step up soon.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Nelson playing for England u21s as a late sub and having fun against Andorra. Has an assist and could have scored twice within five mins of coming on.
Nketiah and Willock both scored for the u20s vs Italy.
Meanwhile, Ramsey's playing for Wales, who are losing 4-0 to Spain.
EDIT: Nelson now has a goal and assist.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Smith Rowe scored and assisted for the U19s, and Tyreece John-Jules scored the U18s. Including John-Jules, we had five players in the U18s team.
After years of the England youth teams being dominated by City and Chelsea players, it's nice that we're seeing more Arsenal boys get call-ups. Shows we have a good generation coming through, even if not all of them will make it here.
