Excited to see what feige will do. Everything they touch turns to gold lately. Their (phase 3?) run of movies lately has been amazing.

Wolverine is the most overrated character in fiction imo. Don’t see his appeal.

Hate how he was the focus of all those X-Men movies.
His absence is one of the main reasons First Class is the best one. He’s not suited to be a main character at all, at least when he’s young.

Only time he’s ever been interesting was in Logan when they took his powers partly away and made him mortal.

Can’t wait for Cyclops to be done Justice.

Because they were written poorly. It took 15 movies to make Wolverine interesting.

First Class had the best character work of them all. Magneto by far the best character in that universe, which has been shown consistently through all the movies.

Magneto, Xavier and Wolverine are GOATs. Those 3 actors were great and played their roles extremely memorably.

They aren't interesting because the writer doesn't give a shit about them. Wolverine has been catered to at the cost of everyone else.

An example of this is how incredible Colossus is in the Deadpool movies. So entertaining and funny as a character. I think the Quicksilver was good in DOFP, but that was quickly ruined in Apocalypse.

I'm just tired of everything having to be centered around Wolverine.

X-Men was never best when Wolverine was there in the comics imo. It was best when they were teenagers in the school when it was Cyclops, Jean Grey, Ice-Man, Angel etc.

Hope we get to see that when Feige takes over.

I'll give you Jean Grey but the rest I really don't see the interest.

Not just talking about the films either because they are mostly pretty bad but the comics and tv series too.

Wolverine's character and backstory in every medium is way more interesting than the large majority of X Men characters.

Even before the movies, Wolverine was the most beloved and popular X-Men character. Which why he had so many stand alone comics and joins The Avengers. Whoever replaces Jackman will be under insane pressure, don't envy that man at all.

Fassbender's Magneto has to be one of the best comic book adaptions I've ever seen. Always there to cut Charles down to size and in savage fashion. Love it.

Thought that one was absolutely terrible. Had a great 30 minutes when they focused on the kids, and then it turned into the worst superhero movie I've seen in the cinema.
