That has never happened with hazard, but it did with the likes of CR, Kaka, etc...

So would you say that just because you weren't prepared to pay whatever it required and "this guy is our future" the whole deal you weren't interested in De Gea? You said it yourself some pages back, the reason everyone's moving so swift for Mbappe is because they're afraid someone else will get him. Madrid are literally the only club on the face of the planet who can tempt Hazard (or De Gea) away from their current clubs. If 18 year old Mbappe was killing it at United or Chelsea rather than Monaco, do you think Madrid would be about to spend this money on him? You know for sure it wouldn't be that easy if at all it was possible.
for de gea I think his valuation reached a point where our club said no we won't pay it, based on multiple factors, and keylor's performances are part of that. So for de gea we were not prepared to dit it and as mourinho so candidly said it, united opened the door for us to sign him, but we closed it ourselves.

For Chelsea and hazard I think it is the same because we don't have that desire to go after him regardless of the fee.

And I would argue that if he was playing for Chelsea or city, if it was that level of talent we would have still come after him. Obviously the size of clubs like the top 4 in England makes it harder, and as we did with Ronaldo it did not all happen in one summer but we still got our man. The most difficult thing is to turn the player imo and we have shown we know how to do that

It would only be possible if said player wasn't a long time academy player. You're not going to tempt someone who's been at Chelsea since he was 8 years old to join Real Madrid (assuming Mbappe level talent). It won't work. But then again that also depends on the player's personality and other factors that could play into your hands (like Beckham fighting with Fergie).

Our mercato is dead if United don't sign Perisic ( so , uhm, probably it's better the death )

I can't still believe there was ppl to believe on Inter that spend 60 mln (!!) for 2 underage players rofl I mean those 2 , Pellegri and Salseco.
It was clearly a BS . Ppl should follow less mercato rumours, it's incredible the amount of garbage

According to Spanish sources, Chelsea have contacted Madrid about Bale, and Madrid are listening due to their advanced contact with Mbappe and the fact that they might need to sell one of the BBC.

They also explain that the bad relationship between man utd and Madrid is the reason why moi made those comments to bale "I can't sign you because you don't talk" ie unless Bale does ask that we negotiate with united we won't deal with them. They also mention that Mourinho is aware Chelsea are talking to Madrid.

Surely they are selected managers, pretty sure Ancelotti and Pellegrini would be a lot higher than most on that list.

Damn right sign him before he costs us 150 mil next summer

Perez man what a man, billionaire building roads in villages in Colombia, saving the Brazilian youth from Barca and now injecting money on German youth football

He doesn't have Barca DNA he has just been linked with them.

Besides Barca DNA needs to be redefined after the nerman debacle, legends like Douglas signing and never playing, Andre Gomes etc...

What is barca DNA nowadays

^ Well, first we need to make sure that rumor is legit. Unfortunately, that's nearly impossible given how unreliable news outlets have grown to be recently.

Just earlier today, Monaco's VP came out to deny MARCA's claim that there was any agreement in principles with Madrid for Mbappé. He might be lying, or he might be telling the truth, but for us fans, there's really no way for us to tell which is which.

I think Cesc broke the DNA balance scale. Ever since then they started neglecting their own in favour of pesteros. I mean who would blame them, Cesc has that effect on clubs

Dembele wants to play for Barca as much as Mbappe wants to play for us. But with the status of both clubs i don't think either will be too fussed if they went to the other, like many before them

the People giving those news are as reliable as it gets for Madrid medias. Dembele is from Jose Luis Sanchez on la sexta, from marca you have Jose Felix Diaz, gallardo, carpio. They are good journalists.

As far as the denial I will remind you Atletico denying they are talking with us about Theo. Betis saying there is no deal for Ceballos. It's PR, until it's all done they will never admit there are negotiations

i'm surprised klopp has spent that much, then again maybe cos i've hardly followed his bundesliga time/career. wenger i can understand, he's been managing for a very long time, 2 million here 4 million there, 10 here, and some high amounts like the 40 for ozil, and the price for alexis, i get it, over 20 years managing, yeah i understand that.

lol guardiola and mou though, 850 million, he hasn't even been coaching for ten years lol, and he took a sabbatical, even. mou too, lol, 1 billion? dang....i guess "tacticians" really need these players
