This. Pique has got some nerve, but then we already knw that.

Messi was completely invisible in the second leg. Could have at least dropped back and help out. At the very least he could have run.

Pique is one of the captains, he has every right to complain about how the team is managed.

Spurs level team and that's not even considering that Démbéle never played 5 games in a row in 2 years and Arthur thinks he is Ronaldinho after winning everything possible including Ballon d'Or.

Board can appoint whoever they want, we are already playing to our full potential. I would actually love for them to appoint someone truly clueless as Henry aka Neville 2.0 to take over midseason. Would literally drop out of top 4 even with Messi.

It would be better for Barca to wait till the Summer and try to pry away Pep from City. Just like us Barca are in need of the bold coach they were most successful with. None of these stop gaps

When on average you spend €200 million a year you better be either winning or playing attractive football. Every player he has signed has been dog shite while he doesn't play La Masia graduates who have been every bit as good as the multi million signings if not better. Every semi-decent player Barcelona still have are from the times before Valverde joined.

Don't even get me started on the tactics, he actually makes Ole look decent.

Of course a board wouldn't sack a coach after missing out on a Mickey Mouse trophy when they already stood by him during 2 Champions League catastrophes.

Okay, I agree that he flopped royally in the CL, but let's not forget that he did also manage to win the league twice in a row.

And while I do think that La Liga, especially in the last couple years, was far from being competitive and Barça had it way too easy, it's still a major trophy.

From their board's perspective, it's really hard to fire a coach who wins you at least one major trophy every year; even if he shits the bed in the CL.

If he loses the league to Zidane this year and somehow fucks the CL up again, he's as good as gone, that's for certain.
