Good. They say he wants 25m € per year. That's ~66% more than our top earners.
He can go *bleep* off to China or City IMO

PSG have contacted him as well according to French medias over the last weeks. Although thought Bayern could not pay him. Bayern do not pay their players at premium. Forget about elite players on the market then you will have to make your own stars. Well it's worked pretty good so far lol

There will be a point and an occassion when our top earners get 25m €, and it's surely not far away - it's not like we're not paying top wages, despite our boards claims that players 'accept less money to play for us' - we all know that's BS.
But this summer, getting Alexis Sanchez, is not that point and occasion. He's just not worth blowing up our wage structure. He'd be a good player for us, and it would be great to get him, but he'd not be a standout player. If he wants standout wages he needs to stay in England, where he's worshipped like some godly player that frankly he is not.

so he basically wants to get PAID, which we will do..it's looking like he's gonna be joining us for sure IMO, I can't see him being welcomed back at Atletico after this and you don't make these kind of comments unless you're 99% going to be leaving.
We can offer him super wages while also playing in a relevant league.
Really not sure how I feel about this, I'll be pissed if he's our marquee signing this summer and we neglect a legit CF (unless Ibra's staying 1 more season)

Griezmann has indicated his search for a new club would not be limited to Europe - even identifying the Chinese Super League and MLS as potential destinations, suggesting the Champions League is not a priority.

I'm struggling to see Madrid signing Mbappe atm, especially after just announcing Vince, however i imagine once Morata leaves, they'll go balls deep

reading comments he made yesterday I'm convinced he's staying at Monaco unless Zidane guarantees that he will start 90% of games
and with BenzeGOAT around I can't see that
I hope we sign him, can't see City or Chelsea being in for him and nobody else is really a contender
I think he stays at Monaco another season and moves to Madrid next summer

that's not true and that's second hand info Ian so dangerous. Griezmann said his PriorityPass is winning and that he can go any where to win and he said even USA or Chinese league which was obviously a joke. CL is a priority because he is talking about winning it lolUnique wrote:Griezmann has indicated his search for a new club would not be limited to Europe - even identifying the Chinese Super League and MLS as potential destinations, suggesting the Champions League is not a priority.

Your obsession with United is so weird. Especially considering they have been relevant for 25 years straight and Liverpool hasn't been for more than 2 or 3 years the last 3 decades.

That is almost certainly a bullshit report trying to save face for Bayern or something.
That's £21m/year or £415k/week. Chelsea aren't going to offer him anything insane like that and I don't think anyone else will. FFS we're about to UPGRADE Hazard's pay to £300k/week. Why on earth would we be offering Sanchez 415k? That's just a silly report.
No way he demanded that much considering he's currently on £140k/week.

Apparently, the figure was 20m€ not 25m€. Which translates to about £330k/week. A far more reasonable wage demand. Not sure where Hans got his 25m€ figure from.
And if Bayern can't pay that for Sanchez then good luck to them. That's right around what he should command in today's market.

Lewandowski earns 15M euros a year, as does Muller. A range of guys from Neuer to Boateng to Ribery to Lahm (retired now) earns 12-14M odd. We pay good wages to our players. If you consider the tax rates in UK being a bit higher, it would have to go 16M+ for a EPL side to match it.
300K per year weak is big salary - That is almost double what Arsenal or Liverpool pays their best players. Now we can compete with absurd wages paid to Messi or Ronaldo, the 30-35-40M whatever. We can't pay 600 or 650 ot 700K a weak, but 250-300K a week is very Very good salary !

is that 15 millions net or gross? i would assume gross because that the type of money PSG was paying to Ibra, now paying to cavani. that's the Bale range money and i dont think Bayern are paying their players like that.footyfan01 wrote:Mr Nick09 wrote:PSG have contacted him as well according to French medias over the last weeks. We offered him 13M a year according to rumours & maybe we will go upto 15M Euros. The main obstacle I think is the transfer fee, apparently Arsenal are trying to get the maximum, 50M pounds odd which will come out to be almost 60M euros, which is too much money for a 28 year old & for Bayern considering our transfer record is 40M Euros (35M pounds odd). If it goes upto 14-15M Euros & 40-45M Euros transfer fee (max.), then we can try n have a deal !
We are ready to spend money but it has to sensible. If PSG throws 60-65M Euros, big agent & signing fee money on top of that & then 20M Euro wages (400K), then we can't compete with that!

According to Mario Torrejon from Cadena source, Real Madrid received an offer from Inter MIlan to sell Danilo. they are considering their options but will decide what to do after the final.

Gross. Which is not very dissimilar to most top clubs. Pogba gets 17-18M Euros at MU but UK has a little more taxes so it comes out only a shade higher than Lewa. Yaya Toure, Aguero get similar money in City. Hazard earns 12-13-14M Euros at Chelsea.
Bayern's wage structure is similar to most top EPL clubs (& higher than Pool/Arsenal/Spurs types).
But we don't pay Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Bale or PSG types wages for huge superstars!

No it's really not, lol Pogba is netting 15 mil per year, that's 30 mil gross or so. He is paid twice as much as your best paid player.

That's nice and all but Chelsea aren't going to sit around and wait for the deal to be "perfect" for you. There's competition for Sanchez's signature in case you haven't noticed

The 25m € was from the SportBild item which Nick refered to above, which was the start of the discussion. They claimed he wants 25m€ per year. Obviously that's very likely BS but I did not invent this number.
The 20m number is from another BILD item which says that Arsenal offer Sanchez 20m€/year and Bayern doesn't want to compete with that.
