Think Cena will return to take the title off him.

You mean Mr America Cena is going to beat an Anti America heel for his 17th?!
Well I never lol, haven't seen anything less predictable since every Reigns match ever.

Give me a turban, a shitload of HGH, and Nishankly and Surag in colorful dress shirts to act as my henchmen and I guarantee you I will be able to do all the stuff Jinder does.
Really hope Orton wins it back and immediately starts to feud with Rusev, Owens, AJ etc.
In fairness the whole show is turbo trash, don't disagree but it's all terrible.
This sums it up pretty well imo https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/6hvubi/smackdown_has_literally_become_a_joke_since_the/
Basically what I said would happen if AJ went to RAW(replace Miz or Bray with AJ) is happening.
In other words AJ wouldn't have made Raw better (his replacements haven't either) and it will just make Smackdown a lot worse.
Which is exactly what has happened, because Vince doesn't realise that talent isn't what makes this shows utterly terrible.
Only semi interesting thing right now is Joe vs Lesnar which is only happening until they bide time for Reigns.
As usual in WWE the best stuff are always the stuff they completely stumble upon with absolutely zero planning or design to actually be that way.
Nothing they actually want to push is ever entertaining or successful.

Don't even know any match, and I ain't watching
I see Joe is getting booked properly and we're getting a badass heel feud which is cool. So i'll watch that and nothing else

I'm in the US and I'll get my work done before 8PM so I'll probably watch it live too if ES is in.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Amazing. One of the best times in my life. Zero pressure all semester long except for exam period, so I took all my time to hang out in London and explore Europe. And it was so relaxing after going through literal hell in my sophomore and junior year in the US. Also had some of my closest friends with me in London and in Italy/Spain/Netherlands so overall it was a blast. Reaffirmed London as my #1 city in the world.
Swear I studied more in eighth grade. Having one coursework and one exam count as 100% of your grade means you can skip as many classes as you want and get wasted on weekdays 24/7. Unlike US where you have 10000 midterms, projects, assignments, homework, attendance, class participation, quiz etc.
I was actually planning to go to RAW or Smackdown on O2 but that fell right in the middle of exam period. If my internship is done before that then I am definitely going to Summerslam.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
^Thats why UK has the best education imo, i underwent the same thing in the American curriculm, no wonder their students are homicidal. I only faced stress nearing towards exam but thats it, but with the American curriculm it was constant pressure and stress, 3 midterms, 1 essay, 1 project, etc fr 1 semester PER subject. Plus, electives are useless, UK only offers core classes. I like that, i don't want to have to take Theater or Programming to reach my credit limit for the semester ffs. Sometimes i kinda wish we were still under UK jurisdiction (gained independence 1971)

I actually prefer the US education system, its more pressure but imo its better. I actually feel that I am learning stuff more, whereas UK system its more memorize for a standardized test and forget everything after exams. I also like the flexibility with electives and especially how you can decide your major after two years of college if you want to. I have to say the GCSE O Levels/A Levels is outdated as f now, it is retarded that you basically choose what you want your career to be at age 16.

Thats just not true, maybe if you are aiming for 2:2/2:1 but if you want first class, simple memory isn't going to get you there

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Yeah that was poorly worded. I meant that the learning process is better when you actually have study and work all year around as opposed to studying like crazy for one month because of one exam.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Not seen it but their booking is so hilariously bad.
Carmella wins and i can't remember the last time she won a singles match.
Corbin wins and he's spent the last month losing to Sami Zayn at every turn.
Here's a drastic idea, how about actually building up the people you want to win MITB/Rumble or anything else like that instead of giving it to people you have booked terribly to make up for it.

Looks good with a thug gimmick, should use it on TV imo. Probably the only character development he's ever had.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Imagine if WWE turned into what that trailer is + Broken Hardys + Bray Wyatt + Lucha Underground.
Turning it into a comic book esque TV show is the next evolution imo. Just need to look at pop culture nowadays. Comic book movies, TV shows with complex characters, video games etc are all popular. Back in the Attitude era the show reflected pop culture at the time, just need to do the same again imo.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Speaking of Lucha Underground, i only saw for a few weeks because i really don't have the time for that much wrestling but i wish WWE was like that.
The way of storytelling like an actual tv drama series combined with some excellent matches was really entertaining, helped that it was only an hour show mind.
