Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 14
Think City won't drop points anymore but still holding out for West Ham nicking it against Liverpool who look terrible without Mane.
But then that means we have to win pretty much every game until the end which is another miracle that is unlikely to happen.

was about to say the same. It is possible Liverpool might drop points in last 2 games but wont be impossible for Arsenal also to drop few. So in the end it might come to who drops more

The deflection on Xhaka's shot was supernatural. Smalling's attempt at marking Welbeck for the 2nd was super, too.

you never know with City, they could drop points to complete scrubs. I am expecting Pool to drop points to West Ham, Liverpool have looked awful as of late. Lucky they got a win against Watford.
Arsenal's games are def winnable. Hope they do it.

fully agree with Jay tbh, it was a supernatural deflection. Game was going nowhere before that. Harsh IMO.

Should be Arsenal 4th but let's see.
Fit Lallana and Sturridge might change this.

Seen that are they only on 43 points lol, unless they win their remaining 3 games that's a pretty jobber total as teams have been in relegations scraps with similar amounts.
Might have to up my expectations for next season now tbh

west ham will get something against us.RealGunner wrote:Gave you 5 mins.
I don't personally think Liverpool will drop any more points and neither will City. 5th will be the right position for us with how we have played this season.

Mid table is crazy close this season, Stoke went from 14th to 9th while they were beating Bournemouth yesterday.

I'm checking the 'Pogba to United' thread. Tons of gems there. @S had unreal foresight.

My favorite is S telling it like it in terms of Pogba having to play in a double pivot and that he wont look like the player he was at Juve. Then sportsczy responding that he will have freedom to attack and do whatever and that Rooney will be there to cover him.

he may not look like the player he was at Juve, in terms of dribbling past part time gelato makers and banging in 30 yarders, but he's coming off a season where he's arguably the best CM in the league. In THE league.
It was a fine career move.
