Now that they have lost ground (and momentum) to Chelsea (and title race) they are going to give bye to MU. Freaking Spurs.

City already 1-0 up, wanted to see a gritty display from Palace but it's game over already smh. Can't see City dropping any points from now until the end of the season, same with Loserpool.
We have Spurs & Arsenal ffs. Need to win the EL now, rest our players for the Pl games.

Palace getting really back into the game in the last 5 minutes after being dominated for 35. Could be 1-1. Got faith Fat Sam brings em back into it second half.

CBarca wrote:West Ham were terrific defensively I agree. I mean they parked the bus like prime mourinho but that's not to take anything away from them. They won no midfield battle...they didn't have one.
Nothing wrong with what I said. A draw probably would have been fair. I just said they were lucky, which they were. A cross that was handled by West Ham, bounces off three different players to Lanzini in front of the net is the definition of luck. Besides that chance and one half chance early on they weren't even in Tottenham's half the whole game (not including last 10 mins when Tottenham stopped defending because they needed a win, not a draw).
They were good defensively and terrifically lucky offensively. There isn't anything wrong with that, it's just a description of the game as it was.
You're having a nightmare here mate.
There were countless times they put pressure on Spurs midfield and forced them to play it all the way back or punt it long. Find the Sky post game analysis on YouTube if you can. Henry and Redknapp did a good job of highlighting that. West Ham defended when they needed to but they pushed up quite a lot too. It's not like they sat back for the entire 90 mins. They probably had a good 20-30 mins spell combined where they were putting pressure on Spurs. They could have easily won the game 3-0 if Lanzini and Ayew knew how to convert. They created some really good chances apart from that goal.

Lost against this team 3-0 lol, we don't deserve to be in the CL next season even if Man City or Liverpool mess up.

Reckon Palace lose every game and stay up lol, can't see Swansea capitalising on any dropped points sadly.

commentators gushing over Silva like he's about to retire from a historic career
Easily the most overrated footballer of my generation IMO, he's good, no doubt, but they act like he's an all time great

That would be me admitting he's not a scrub though.
Which can't happen tbh.

They've turned up when it was required, 3rd is nearly done and dusted but one draw and it opens things up again. Dammit so much pressure on all the teams, Especially us.
