It's the 5th up here I think. We don't make a big deal out of it. Which is weird. We didn't suffer as much as the Dutch due to our questionable politics during the war.

really? haven't checked yet, I know I read that Smalling only started training lightly again a week ago so I'd be surprised. He was wearing a leg cast and only came out of that 2 weeks ago too, apparently.

Seems like a rush job from Jose, fully expect them to get injured and honestly I'd rather play Blind at CB than a 20% fit Smalling and Jones.

asking for a friend, what happens if the EL winner is automatically qualified via league route for the CL? does the runner-up in the EL final then get the auto CL spot?

I think they just start further into CHL then.

If they finish without CHL qualification they start in playoffs. If they finish top 4 (PL, LA Liga). They enter group stages. Runner up gets nothing.
