Arsenal vs Watford
Arsenal: Arsene Wenger has said Arsenal need to be "cautious" with Danny Welbeck, which suggests the striker may be restricted to a cameo role after making his first start of the season against Southampton on Saturday after a long-term knee injury. Elsewhere left-back Kieran Gibbs (knee) is available after playing at St Mary's Stadium as is forward Theo Walcott (calf), who scored a hat-trick. Also fit again is right-back Mathieu Debuchy, but midfielder Mohamed Elneny is still away on Africa Cup of Nations duty and Granit Xhaka is suspended.
Watford: For Watford, striker M'Baye Niang is in line to make his debut after signing on Friday, but defender Jose Holebas is suspended. Winger Isaac Success (hamstring) was scheduled to return to full training on Monday so may feature against the Gunners, while Nordin Amrabat, goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon (both ankle), defender Adrian Mariappa (knee) and midfielder Valon Behrami (hamstring) are all expected to miss out.

Scouting report
THE MANAGER
Mazzarri usually plays different variations of a 3 centre-back formation and has at his disposal some of the slowest players in the Premier League.
STRENGTHS
They have none. It used to be their striker partnership but Ighalo has gone to shit since the last season and is now mostly used as a "super"sub.
DANGERMAN
Their new signing M'Baye Niang possibly, but he has just signed for the club and is likely to start from the bench. So I suppose their "dangerman" is Troy Deeney who has scored 2 goals in 15 games and one of those a penalty.
AREAS TO TARGET
So long as someone is actually targeted then that should be enough against this awful team.

It's all fine, Urbs. You work hard enough.
Just need a solid and classy win from our side. Hopefully Liverpool who have been poor so far since the turn of the year can do something against Chelsea.

Re: Arsenal vs Watford (16/17)
I heard Sanchez might start up front any truth to it?
Would be harsh to drop Giroud, but if this will make him sign the contract then Giroud can stay on bench.

Ramsey injured
Like clockwork with this guy. Get injured, come back, show some signs of form, get injured again.

Ramsey injured. Might actually be good to haul his pathetic ass off and get Ox in or something.

Alexis: get ball, cut inside, attempt ball over the top. Rinse repeat.
Someone tell him we need a spell with the ball.

Think we should sell Özil while we're at it.

We need to relax and play our game. The players look too tense and are overdoing their touches and passes.

Re: Arsenal vs Watford (16/17)
Came out and started the game with no intensity and all the usual fragilities came out. Can't play around pressure, can't move the ball quickly through midfield, passive in defence and toothless in attack. It's like we expect to have the first 20 mins to ease our way into the game.
Bellerin, Walcott and Lucas all need to come in but obviously we could bring on two. Gabriel worries me being a yellow and he's not offering much in attack, so I'd take him off. Then one of Walcott or Lucas for Coquelin. Drop Ozil or Iwobi into CM next to Ox.
We need a miracle on the level of the Bournemouth comeback to get back into this.

With the way the other game is going and this shit, I'd say Chelsea are confirmed as PL champions.

If I wasn't writing about Arsenal for other people I really wouldn't be bothered anymore. But for the sake of my "job" I have to sit through everything

Re: Arsenal vs Watford (16/17)
It's not the first time we have started a game like this to be honest, it's just that Watford are one of the first team to take advantage of it. How can you enter the pitch with such an attitude is beyond me. We start games like a bunch of lads going for a 5 side. There is no focus, no discipline, no intensity, no team ethics. It's basically just 11 guys running on the pitch doing their thing then they wake up after half an hour
I also why have Iwobi and Gabriel on the same wing, we basically have no right wing
