Watford Vs Arsenal
Difficult match. Watford are one of the better sides below the top 6. Post international too.
Koscielny and KOLASINAC are a doubt. Ozil is back in training and Welbeck is available thankfully.
--------------------Cech--------------------------
----Holding-------Mertesacker/Kos------Monreal
------------Xhaka-----Ramsey--------------------
Bellerin------------------------------------Kolasinac
----------Ozil-------------------Welbeck/Iwobi
---------------------Lacazette--------------------
Can see a defeat here but hopefully we pull through

Yeah gonna be a tough match.
We need to by physically strong. Hopefully no stupid stuff at the back, and then grabbing the win by the odd goal or two.

If Koscielny and Kolasinac both don't play who do we have left?

Re: Watford Vs Arsenal
I'm psyched for this match, I haven't been able to watch Arsenal for a few weeks. I don't even care about form or the campaign right this moment, I just want to see the team play. Would love to see a big Lacazette performance today.

Koscielny is finished. That Achilles issue has gone for 2 years now. Guy can't play fully fit anymore.

This loss is all on Wenger, I hope he takes responsibility instead of blaming players or the referee.

Re: Watford Vs Arsenal
Wenger's subs are hysterical. Lacazette has to score in 60 minutes or he gets subbed. Giroud comes on and kills all our counter attacks. We're struggling to get anything going but he only makes two out of three subs.
Watford score off a dive and a bunch of deflections.

Lol
It's funny because when we lost to sheffield wednesday a year or two back, their manager said the exact thing

Tbh guy is a massive bellend. Says that every time they beat us (happens a lot sadly). But he has a point. Whenever a team actually decides to attack us and be aggressive, we fold. Can't control a game at all anymore.
Mainly due to the team full of mediocre players.

Most of the time a lot of people completely miss the point, he's not wrong but it completely ignores the fact that this Arsenal team has a severe lack of quality.
That always happens though, everytime you struggle it's center back this or leadership that. It's never oh they lack people who can create opportunities.

Re: Watford Vs Arsenal
They act like it was an amazing turnaround but in truth we should have been out of sight before they even won the penalty. Neither team were good on the day, but Ozil missing the 1v1 to make it 2-0 and the Richarilson dive happened within seconds of each other.
Granted, it's the reaction after the goal that gets people. A lot of the cliches come out because, actually, they happened to be accurate that time. We didn't work harder after conceding, we didn't fight to regain control of the match and, overall, the team didn't pull together the way it needed when it came under pressure.
More worrying for me though was the distinct lack of quality and intelligence during that period. Guys like Elneny and Xhaka needed to get on the ball but didn't, and the team couldn't counter attack at all, sometimes because of Giroud, but other times because of constantly making the wrong pass.
