Sorry I didn't see your post.

Plea was a winger before Favre changed him into a striker this season and that has resulted into him going on an insane goalscoring season. Already his best of his career.

However you'll have to wait an entire season. He is clinical for ligue 1 standards. Has the physical attributes. He is kinda like PEA.

Emery's problems at PSG are not of high expectations, his problems are with squad management and the way PSG players reacted to him when he arrived.

To understand the context you need to know that PSG players think themselves to be hot shit, from verratti, to Motta, to Di Maria, even Ben Arfa who just got there. So Emery arrived at a club with players who see themselves are hot shit, thinking they are tiki taka gods and did not think they needed to learn anything new. While Emery arrived at the club thinking that PSG still needed to improve and thinking he will bring a new high tempo style, high pressing that will help the team better succeed in CL.

There lies the clash between players in coach, Emery fighting to be respected, while the players pout and try to use their powers to impose their ideas and what they want. They are not on the same wavelength and thus the results are not good.

Emery is a good coach, questioning that is just ignorance.

I rate him because of his movement, the guy always gets himself into some good goal scoring position. That's how he gets his chances, if only he was more consistent in front of goals ...

Cavani has 20 goals in 20 games so far this season at PSG. He has clumsy misses... but he creates so many chances for himself that you suddenly look up and he has a ton of goals.

PSG's problem is that there is no secondary scorer. It's Cavani or nobody. Every elite team has a reliable secondary scorer.

The biggest disappointment this season for PSG has been Di Maria. Typical. Most inconsistent player in the world.
