GOAT is gonna GOAT.

I was actually rooting for Barca to come back from the 4-0 deficit. Main reason being couldn't stand having CR fraud his way into another worthless underserved Balon D'or because Messi wouldn't get out of the first round.

was the catalyst for the greatest comeback of all time.

PSG were so scared of him their tactics were to put 6 men on him at all times. messi happliy absorbed the attention and didn't bother to try and get rid of his men by changing position or anything.

this therefore allowed plenty of space for the others to attack.

Messi got boxed by the whole psg team. It looked like a ring of players literally went for him every time he had the ball. that only works when you have fabregas, pedro, and sanchez (barca version) on your team

despite that I thought he was great. you cant beat one touch through passing or link up play. He's pretty much unstoppable if you think about it unless hes having a rare off day

ronaldo goes into balon d'or mode in october/november his form and stats now will be forgotten by the voters anyways.
all he needs is one of la liga or cl... and win the confederate cup and he's already a favorite. if he scores several hat tricks before the voting process it's as good as his

cause it's never happened before. he's shit and always will be.

he didn't even deserve his man utd ballon d'or. only won it cause man utd had a better season than barca.

ronaldo has never won a ballon deserved balllon d'or. it's all come from being carried in team trophies whist contributing nothing, scoring penalties and tap ins against bad opposition, media whoring, luck of messi being injured, and corruption of extending the voting timeline so it would suit him.

I'm not sure Dybala will start, he is recovering from an injury.

Looking at the calendar, the last game Ecuador-Argentina could be amazing. Very real possibility that the match could determine who qualifies.
