I don't think he'll ever get back to his prime Dortmund best though sadly. Might have a Hargreaves-esque career.

Such a shame, hes a top player and to be ruined again by injury ffs.... so unfair.

Now Man C's chances for the title just took another huge blow. His main replacements seems to be freakin Fernando, oh god LOL Otherwise it seems Pep may drop De Bruyne back in that position but I think that reduces his freedom to create up front. Hope he works something out good soon... cant afford to keep losing points.

Was bound to happen. Pep as usual thanks to his ever present arrogance thought he could go into the season with just him as the midfield reinforcement.
Feeling sorry for Gundogan. Hope he comes back soon and never gets injured again. It is unfair considering the amount of talent the lad possess.

Yea he did. But at a time when opposition managers were all getting mercilessly shrugged away into subjugation dazed and confused by his 'awesomeness'. They were conceding defeat without even trying. Only when they realized the man is not as special as is made out by everyone and instead is just another mortal sonofagun, they began getting at him.

Also his players (who are lets face it, mediocre barring 2 or 3) were fresh at the start. No way you can rely on guys like Kolarov, Clichy and Navas as your first choice players when you have 3 competitions to participate in at a given time in a season especially considering  the lofty ambitions city nurse in those said competitions.
