True, but they've lost games in group stages in previous seasons under Pep, and it seems like a recurring theme (This one hit harder than the City losses imo). Who knows what other recurring themes might pop up in later stages.

The only reason he could get the sack is if they fail in the CL, it could happen, but I don't see it, personally.

No. He'll win the 4th league in a row for Bayern, something never achieved, and become a legend. And maybe this will be the year he can get to a CL final...

One thing I have to say about Pep's management... it's retarded to play Alaba as CB with Alonso and bernat starting. It would be much smarter to play Alaba as LB or CM and bench Bernat and Alonso.
