I've always liked this show pretty much by default, there's something about me that is intrigued about a world falling apart.

Apart from when they are extremely stupid. These people are supposed to be natural survivors, how can they expect me believe that they do so much stupid shit. If the world actually came to an end, most of this particular group would die within a week.

Expecting a toned down next couple of episodes now.

Hard to imagine how most of us would be like if zombie apoc was real

Most of the things in tv/movies happen due to insane plot armour. In real life we all will be eaten during sleep since it usually takes 5 alarms and 9 snooze for me to get up

lol, I'm an incredibly light sleeper so I'd be aight there. I'm not the most nimble and agile lad so I imagine that would be my downfall if I got cornered, tbh though I'd obviously be a Negan type and just never get into those situations, forcing people to do it for me IMO.

Now that the good episode is out of the way expect four boring ones.

The sneak peak for next episode is out and it looks like a super boring episode.

It's gonna fully focus on Carol and Morgan.

If they reach their destination then it won't be boring. If they spend the entire episode talking about killing vs not killing then it will be boring.

I wish the show had this much balls back in season 3-4. Governor should have killed Judith, Lori, Tyreese, Beth, raped Maggie or Michonne and chopped of Rick's hand. The actor was great and its a shame he didn't get half of the comic material. All he got to do was decapitate Hershel, kill Merle and some other jobbers.

Damn foreshadowing from season 1 I'm usually not impressed with the writing in this show but I am on this instance.

I'm seriously considering quitting. The last episode was just torture porn. And the cliffhanger was completely unnecessary. With so many good shows to catch up on I can't say the walking dead is high on the list right now.

opener will have been 1 of the 2-3 good eps we get a season and the rest will be ZzZzZ tier IMO

Good follow up episode. Always like Carol-centric episodes so I knew I'd like this one.

I haven't read the 3rd compendium of the comics so I don't know much about Ezekiel or the Kingdom, but from what I saw here, they seem only slightly better off than Alexandria in that Ezekiel's group have been a lot more amenable to Negan and didn't openly defy them.

Oh and Shiva is pretty much Life of Pi level CGI....still cool though.

Love Ezekiel already. Sheva At least TWD can afford proper CGI.

Kingdom seems good in terms of resources. Seems bigger than Alexandria with more people and a proper structure in place.

Now we have Alexandria, Hilltop, Savior's place and The Kingdom. Probably the first time there are 4 communities at the same time. Can definitely see Kingdom and Alexandria ally to take on Negan.


That final scene. Probably one of the few comic relief scenes in 7 seasons? laughed out loud.

was pretty good, I always like the world building in TWD. Done a good job so far. Remember reading some of this in the comic. Might pick it up again since it's better than the show from what I remember.

That said, getting pretty bored of Carol as a character in general.
