Re: The Walking Dead III
was pretty good, I always like the world building in TWD. Done a good job so far. Remember reading some of this in the comic. Might pick it up again since it's better than the show from what I remember.
That said, getting pretty bored of Carol as a character in general.

Carol 3.0 is boring. She was good as a fighter but her current version is meh. At least Morgan was good this time.

Carol is not only boring but *bleep* infuriating.
Ezekiel has this amazing monologue about making people feel safe even if he has to act the part and Carol's response is "I DON'T CARE!" in the most childish manner.
*bleep* die already.
Btw 10/10 job on the Ezekiel casting and writing, and not only him either-- The Kingdom. They really got the point across beautifully.

Re: The Walking Dead III
It seems stupid to me that Kingdom have so many people that are buying this garbage medieval fairytale crap Ezequiel is selling. No way so many people would be this naive to fall for something like this in a post apocalyptic world.
Anyways I can see exactly where this is headed. Negan and the Saviors are way too powerful to be defeated by one group. They are building allies for Rick and Alexandria to help defeat Negan eventually.
It seems in terms of resources The Kingdom is second largest community after Saviors. Hilltop is super poverty and Alexandria is like third tier slightly behind The Kingdom.
Rick is gonna be a dictator of 3 allied communities by the end of this season. I doubt TWD has the balls to get rid of Negan in only season so I can see this conflict lasting until season 8 as well.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Yeah agree....I think they know he's not some 17th century thespian acting at the Globe. They probably don't care because he keeps them safe, keeps them fed and gives them things to do that make them happy and productive. Turns out that's all it takes to have thriving community in a post-apocalyptic world.....that and sending walker-fed pigs to a sadistic despot...there's that, of course.

We don't know the Saviours numbers which is what is scary, but the Hilltop has the largest number of people, the Kingdom has a lot of food and Alexandria has the most gun power between the three of them.
The Saviours... we don't know yet, I'm sure we'll have an episode dedicated to them.

Man episode 3 was a borefest.
Episode 4 they are probably going to tell us the cooks story. Week after that maybe we'll find out the laundry guy's story.
This show never learns

Was predictable that this one wouldn't be as exciting. Still had it's moments though.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Typical TWD format. Start the season with a bang, follow it up with a couple of boring episodes, which primarily focus on one character/group per episode.

Re: The Walking Dead III
The last two episodes could've been one really, while we do need to spend time with other groups it didn't have to be two episodes.
Can't wait for Tara's and Heath's episode... you know it'll happen.

Re: The Walking Dead III
I like Dwight. Can't even imagine what he is going through with that deal involving his wife and Negan... I liked how they implied the parallel between Daryl and Dwight. You can say Dwight is Daryl without Rick. Rick saved Daryl but Dwight found Negan instead.
Can see him turn on Negan at some point. And speaking of which, I actually hope we have a backstory of Negan's rise.
PS: Dwight's super hot ex wife really is super hot.

I can't remember his super hot sister. But yeah his ex-wife is super hot.
Funny enough I didn't even remember this girl from last season so when she recognized Daryl, I was like 'wut, who dis'. Thought maybe it was someone from Daryl's past in the real world.

Re: The Walking Dead III
I hate this show.
Why can't this pos end already. Invested way too much time into it. Just give me any kind of shitty ending so I can remove this chore out of my life.
*bleep* Rosita man, the faster they kill her awful character the better.

You can decide to not watch it anymore you know.
I'm loving this season so far which is strange because I usually don't like the earlier episodes in the season.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Nah agree with McEggz. This season has been shitty bar of course the first episode. And this is coming from me, someone who usually likes the slower episodes of the show.
There's honestly no reason for them to be dragging things out like this. The slow episodes are becoming more of a soap opera these days, as opposed to previous seasons when things and character arcs were still thoughtful.

Re: The Walking Dead III
Can't wait for the day Rick annihilates Negan.
Didn't really like this episode tbh. Nega-Rick stuff was good but the other parts seemed filler which is strange considering they delivered a 60 minutes episode instead of 40. Thought last weeks was miles better.
Anyways, I really miss Glenn and Abraham. Two solid actors.
They need to be replaced properly in Rick's group. Apart from Rick, Michonne, Carl and surprisingly father Gabriel, I can't be bothered with the rest. Hopefully Jesus returns and join the squad.

I loved the Kingdom show. Not a fan of the first episode and this last one which was way to long, slow and filler.
