Re: Bale is football Javale Mcgee
There are more South Americans in Madrid and Spain in general than Brits. For example James' presentation was nearly full and most of them were Colombians. Not only that but South Americans play in a similar way to Spaniards were flair is prefered over strength. It has been proved that only physical strong no nonsense players are prefered in Britain when the selection is done for youngsters. Bale plays in a very British way of playing which is not bad but it will not be that appreciated in Spain. I think Wilshere would be alot more liked in Spain due to the way he plays. It's nothing to do with his ethnicity just the way he plays makes it hard to like him. Khedira has the same problem and he is German
Spanish players get booed just like any other player of different ethnicity. Casillas has been booed, Lopez has been booed, Arbeloa has been booed etc. The fans are fair if you do well they will show their appreciation but if you do bad they will voice their unsatifaction. Case in point Benzema, he was booed quite alot last season but this season he gets standing ovations everytime he is subbed out even in games he doesn't score. This proves that the fans see the players hardwork and dedication and aren't obsessed with goals. Isco gets his name sung every game even in away games, people appreciate his hardwork. But when someone like Bale shows the audacity to be lazy in defence, be selfish, sit on the ground and moan to the reffs when we get countered, run out of bounds like 7/10 times he runs on the wing and costs us points in important games because he either doesn't show up or he makes the wrong decision in front of goal, it wont matter whether you've scored or not you'll still not be appreciated. The booing of Bale this Sunday was likely due to an accumulation of terrible games from him. Now hopefully he will actually try to do better or else he might as well go back to BPL where he can use his qualities to better effect

"Even though on both occasions he was clean through, entirely entitled to take on the shot, and probably didn’t even see the pass."
Spoken like someone who never played football in his life.
Your entitled to make the right play, be that shooting or passing for a tap in.
Didnt see the pass? Why not? It's pro level football, your supposed to look at the picture in front of you before you even get the ball, or at the bare minimum look once you have it.

Re: Bale is football Javale Mcgee
exactly... you're supposed to take information in before you receive the ball. Once you get the ball, depending on the space you have, you should peek again.
Playing football is about space management and awareness. I'll be honest: A ton of people can make fancy dribbles at even the lowest levels. The difference between those that make it and those who don't is the speed at which they read the game. I found that the best players on the teams i played saw the game so much faster than everyone else... by the time i figured out what was going on, they had already moved.

Because he changed completely in summer, in the short period of time. It's pretty obvious, and now pretty confirmed.B-Mac wrote:why is it so hard to accept that Bale is just a elite freak athlete? who is now a man and his body is fully developed
lol there are countless african players that are built like bale

Dafuq? Well he's a manufactured player, and when there is no tap-ins nor penaldo's, his true persona comes forth. I just hope that Bale stops being a slave, wake's up and start to play like a human being. It's better for the team, and better for his career.BarrileteCosmico wrote:Now that the Circuselona crisis is averted we can go back to pointing out how petty Real Madrid fans areSid Lowe wrote:Gareth Bale provided a brilliant pass for the first and scored the second with a superb free kick, meaning he’s running at a goal every 9.5 free kicks, as Madrid defeated Espanyol 3-0 … and still some fans whistled him at the Bernabéu. Which, quite apart from the fact that whistling your own player is rarely a good tactic, made very little sense. It started with a chance in which Bale was running clean through and put his shot just wide. Alongside him, Ronaldo was calling for the ball and when he did not get it the response from the Portuguese was as furious, his anger externalised for all to see. “The whore that gave birth to you,” he shouted. Which, dramatic and bizarre though it sounds is a pretty common and relatively harmless phrase in Spanish. The week before Bale had run through and had a shot saved against Valencia when he might have passed it to Karim Benzema, prompting some to conclude that he is greedy – even though on both occasions he was clean through, entirely entitled to take on the shot, and probably didn’t even see the pass.
“Bale probably feels stupefaction at the Latin character,” Juanma Trueba wrote in AS. “He was whistled during one of his most complete games. The first goal was born with a long, fabulous pass from him, like a golf swing. He scored the second with an extraordinary free kick. And between them there were gallops, good movement, and measured crosses, even with his right foot. Not enough, according to part of the Bernabéu.” Fair enough, you might say. After all, it’s not like he has scored in three out of four finals since arriving, including the goal that put Madrid in the lead in the Champions League final and the ludicrously good strike that won the Copa del Rey final, or like he has scored or assisted over 50 goals for Real Madrid in a season-and-a-half ... Oh, right.

Physical changes are typically the most pronounced short-term symptoms as they are not easily concealed by the novice user and include:

Personality and Psychiatric changes often happen suddenly and without visible triggers or reasons. They include:
- Poor decision making stemming from feelings of invincibility
Love how nobody took it as anything when he transformed in two summer months to a Greek God.
Agreed +1
I think Bale is on gear for sure lol. Their are special diets and amazing supplements out their like herbalife and yor health etc that can give you a strong and lean body if you follow the diet and supplements but i do think bale is on steroids, his body is rediculas how fast and strong he is.
Sofiane feghouli is faster then him. Is he on steroids? No
Bale was a star track athlete in HS. And he just has alot of definition. Benzema and ronaldo are bigger then him

That's funny considering the entire team is built around messi and he still couldn't win the ballon d'or

believe it or not there are more skilled players then messi and ronaldo out there guys. The speed at which they play at determines how good a player is.

About the expletive, it looked more to me as someone venting their frustration than insulting the other player. Son of a whore is a very common expletive in Spanish.

Re: Bale is football Javale Mcgee
what a lame biased article from the guardian .
Bale wasn't entitled to take the shot when he still had the keeper to beat and on both occasions his teammates would've been able to tap the ball in an empty net .
" didn't see the pass " LOL .
not seeing the pass when your unmarked teammate is running beside you for 40 meters is worse than being "selfish".
like i always said, a dumber version of Aubameyang with PL hype behind him is all this player is .

Re: Bale is football Javale Mcgee
Bale is a one dimentional PL made player. No creativity, low footballing I.Q, and zero technical ability. U would rarely see bale giving u a fantastic all round game except he scores and thats usually that he does no other thing well through out the game, except run in a straight line and shoot. Take away his goals and u basically have lenon. Dont know how this is so shocking.

Now, now. You will enjoy that next season in Old Trafford. Redcafe is already excited:
Brazilian Ronaldo beat people with pace and power and people raved. Bale does it and he's some Welsh kid relying on physicality because he's got no technique. It's nonsense.

Why didn't Bale just shoot with his right foot? I've seen him cross with his right honestly well. Just let one rip and whatever happens, happens.
From all accounts, I've been told his play improved considerably in the 2nd half. Also heard the Bernabeu booed him again. Not surprising, they don't tolerate mediocrity too well.
