Thought the 3-5-2 worked great, only doubts I have is lack of depth in defense, plus injury prone CBs. Early days anyway, thought we played well and will do in any formation van Gaal chooses

yea but to continually opt for the 3-5-2 (which i think he will) we need more center backs. right now we only have a mere 3. pale

Need 2 more at the least. So probably more than the CM hunt we will be from now on more inclined to find back up CBs. starting with vermealen may be.

nothing much happening man.
It seems the conditions are quite ridiculous out there for play. So both teams playing slow and cautions in the process making mistakes and also fluffing them in equal proportions.
valencia, cleverly playing shite as usual for us. Reece James looks good on the left. and Herrera gave 1 killer pass already. Proud
