Rumored opponents are Roma in Boston again, Chelsea in Miami (ffs why an English side, want to face a Spanish side), and west coast is still in works.

Re: USA Tour Summer 2014
What other countries should we visit, USA provides a great expansion opportunity for revenues and fan base. The ties already in the USA provide a great opportunity to go after the market, maybe visiting more states should be looked at.
I think we should be continuing the trend of a USA tour and then an Asian tour. Most other places just won't provide enough financial incentive. Africa is just useless, Europe is even more useless and South America is just as bad. Both EU and SA won't provide an opportunity to bring in new fans and SA and Africa won't provide enough financial incentive.

South Africa, India, China, Middle east.
India alone will fill 90k-100k stadiums for them.

Asian tour, one was just done so we have to rule them out for this year
As for South Africa, i doubt that would make us as much money as one would think.

Re: USA Tour Summer 2014
India is a great and untapped market. There are huge conglomorates that can bank-roll such tours. They can have great gate-receipt from 70K attendance. The fall-out (marchandise sales) from a tour will also be good.
Africa (South Africa ATM) isn't too bad. Their economy is suffering but there will be enough people to fill 50k stadium. It will generate new fan that we can't ATM by on-field exploits. Opportunities for new talents too.
Brasil, Argentina and Mexico offers the same prospects too.
Fact is, we need to explore these new boundaries before the big-wigs do.

Re: USA Tour Summer 2014
There is a lot of difference between going to Malaysia and Singapore and coming to India or UAE.
Completely different untapped markets. Not to mention India has more than triple of the combined total of the Asian fans of the countries we went to last year.
Bayern got a 45k attendence even tho no one watches them

Re: USA Tour Summer 2014
They're going to keep doing US tours as long as FSG is in charge Nishank.
FSG is sort of spot on with that too, they need to sell the sport to the country. All of our sponsors recently (since FSG have came in) are really from American brands and we're doing quite well off the pitch because of those deals.

Re: USA Tour Summer 2014
Well most of the preseason will have our stars rested, especially those going to the WC. So you'll see guys like Teixeira, Rossiter, Ibe, McLaughlin maybe Borini, Suso, Assaidi, Robinson and such play these preseason games. Also those that don't have WC.
At the moment our sure WC participants are Suarez, Sturridge, Sakho, Johnson, Mignolet and Gerrard.
Lucas, Coutinho, Hendo, Kolo and Sterling might or might not be called up.
I wouldn't be worried about fatigue.

It looks like a very high profile tour and I doubt if it will be entirely without star players. Even if it stays that way, 6-7 players will have just four weeks break in a very grueling year of football.

Yeah hopefully you guys get to see LFC in India in 2015. It's long overdue, plus the revenue that could be generated over there could be huge.
