All he needed to do was drop Alonso who does nothing but hoof the ball, lose it deep in his own half and hack people down because he's a turtle, play Koke instead alongside Xavi and Busquets, replace Costa with Villa and replace Casillas with De Gea. Instead he drops the best player in Spain history and plays the biggest choker in Spain histroy through the center in David Silva.

Seriously though this is more shocking than Italy's fall in 2010 and France in 2002.

well it's not like Busquets deserves to be on there, the way he's playing.

135 minutes of football and apart from that 40 odd minutes against the dutch were they were somewhat in control, it has a nightmare as far Spain is concerned. Conceding 7 goals in 95 minutes is a whole new level of low from this so called world beater of a side.

Its evident nothing, well NOTHING is working for Spain at the moment. So what the hell is del Bosque doing out there. Just make some bloody changes at least now ffs.
Silva rofl
Costa rofl
Alonso rofl
Casillas rofl
Ramos rofl
Azpi rofl

Its certain there are better players out there warming that bench than these scrubs who are simply clueless on the pitch. Give them a chance ffs.
Bring on Koke
Bring on Mata
Its evident its not working with these players who VdB is constanty trusting. So why not make some friggin changes in that second half. :coffee: Otherwise it can easily turn very ugly for them.

That's because Del Bosque is not taking the WC seriously. He's keeping his tactics and starting lineup a secret for the Euro Championships.

imo the fatal error of del Bosque, which will mean an end to a Spain era, is not realizing that it's actually the Barca era that is finished.

Much too many Barca players in the team, most of whom are long over it. They are responsible for this. Their mental exhaustion has taken over the national team, which wouln't have been necessary with fresh blood.

Busquets has been the absolute worst player on the pitch by a mile.

Jeeeeeez del Bosque what did you do
Costa doesn't fit. Midfield is a joke. Wingers - are there any on the pitch? Casillas should've been dropped but of course he's allowed to *bleep* up one more time. Del Bosque pls go. You failed miserably.

And while I wrote this he brought effing Fernando Torres on? WTF

Takes out his only direct threat(Pedro) and leaves Silva on and keeps Fabregas on the bench.

Agreed.
Which players would you have chosen for the starting formation? I thought something like Cazorla-Villa-Pedro in front of Iniesta-Koke-Alonso (not sure about him though) would've worked far better than what he did.

Koke is on the pitch since halftime.
If Fabregas would'Ve come on everybody would've facepalmed too.

Doesn't matter, the main culprit is Busquets anyway.
Slow, sluggish, weak, insecure, uninspired, doesn't give a shit apparently and trotting around like it's a sunday after game training.
