@Cabbage, We won't win a league title without Cazorla, unfortunately.

From the sounds of it, it sounds like the Leipzig coach is one of the better options out there for us.

I would take him.

I think we can be fine without Cazorla. But Xhaka needs to be a starter for that. And Wilshere next to him IMO

Xhaka(busquets + shooting, passing, looks etc)-Wilshere(better Iniesta)-Ozil(Superior Xavi)

good overview on him

Have only heard good things about this guy.

Another interesting option would be the 'younger than Koscielny', 29-year old Julian Nagelsmann. Is having a good season with Hoff and is also making them play great football.

(Inner Da Gunner: Will also bring Suele, Schar and Ochs with him. So, support #Team_Nagelsmann)

The advantage with bringing young-ish managers is that, if all things fall right in place, we can possibly have a AW-styled stability, which most of us fans and the Arsenal board have come used to. Bickering about the same issues year-on-year is much better than bickering about new issues every other season bought by constant change of managers, IMO.

Also, I hope we also get guys like Monchi, Ragnick (or both?) into administration as well. Enough of having Hafeez Aladdin-style management in the club. Let's decentralize decisions and let the experts do the work.

On a side note, we seem to be talking of upcoming managers, do you guys thinks Satan Stan will be OK with sacrificing on the moolah for a few seasons in return for long term stability? He seems like he'd want the UCL cash to flow every season.

Off-topic, BuLi seems to be having the most exciting set of managers at present, from managers younger than most players to auto mechanic-turned manager. They all seem to bring exciting tactics and strategies to the table for developing the club as well.

1. Wouldn't go for a too-young-manager as managing egos at big clubs isn't easy. Hassenhüttl will have his work cut out despite being 49.

2. Stan give up money? Whatcha smokin' brother?

3. BuLi managers <3
