Congrats to Bayern on winning the BL!

Hummels now out til January and Schmelzer out for 3 weeks. Add to that Subotic out for the season and Piszczek not yet match fit I can only see one result in the game against Bayern on Saturday.
Expect the defence to be:
Grosskreutz-Friedrich-Sokratis-Durm.
AKA Bayern victory and 7 points clear.

I disagree.
Manuel Friedrich is actually quite a good CB. I'd compare him similar to former Milan CB, Mario Yepes, (reduce the height) as Friedrich's Bundesliga experience will be vital for Dortmund, and happens be considerably reliable. Hummels is a devastating loss in defence and attack, yet you will see Friedrich as quite a good passer of the ball from the back.
Sokratis since his arrival in Dortmund also has been solid, blooming the talent many speak about him, perfectly complimenting a less mobile and more disciplined Friedrich.
Schmelzer? LOL. By no means he is any loss, despite his efficiency in attack. Durm already is a superior and more complete LB than that clown ever will be, while Grosskruetz has been reliable.

At this point they are more likely to win the BL than Celtic is to win the SPL ... lf it was even possible for the chances on that to be any higher
