Congratulations, Buyern Munchen! I'd also like to applaud all of the German participants from other teams that had particularly impressive performances throughout the tournament and congratulate them on their imminent signing to the team.

Arsenal organize the Emirate cup every summer and invite at least one decent team, they could do the same

What is the point of this league? This is a bigger farmer's league than Ligue Un.

I hear Bundesliga actually has affordable match day tickets, and pretty good fans.

Goes to show competition isnt all that matters.

Its worth recalling the time when Ancelotti was sacked. Bayern were not looking like title winners at that time and Dortmund were going great guns. Jupp Heynckes has done an incredible job which included psychologically denting Dortmund. To me it seemed like the minute they saw Heynckes the Dortmund players started shivering.

Need to change the laws regarding club ownership IMO. Inject some of that Arab money into the league and watch it become competitive. Lot of desirable teams.

This if true

Beats paying £7 for a bottle of water and £40 for a pie alongside a season ticket worth more than your car to watch a PL club that may or may not challenge for top 4.

Why no investors from Middle East/Asia have bought a club in Bundesliga ?

Mid table sides Wolfsburg, Schalke, Borussia, Werder... all clubs worth investing in. Big fan base, big cities, they already have advanced youth academy, easy to qualify for Champions League etc.
