Re: The Official 2014 Road to Brazil World Cup Qualifying Thread
Any thoughts on Jamaica's shots of landing some of those listed English based players.. most notably, Raheem Sterling and Scott Sinclair?
I've already heard Jobi McAnuff and Danny Simpson are on board.

Re: The Official 2014 Road to Brazil World Cup Qualifying Thread
The Hex is going to be drawn tonight.. well, in a couple of minutes.
CONCACAF decided it was better off if FIFA did a draw, due to the mass amount of disagreement held during a CONCACAF summit meeting in Miami, where all the teams in The Hex were on hand to try and work and negotiate Schedules for CONCACAF's final round.
Exciting for Honduras tonight. Everyones hoping to dodge the bullet that is starting off The Hex in Mexico or USA, or ending in Mexico or USA.

Re: The Official 2014 Road to Brazil World Cup Qualifying Thread
Jamaica looking to classify to Rio on England's expense:
At yesterday's brief session at the JFF offices to give details of the United Kingdom mission, Burrell publicly revealed that the Reading pair of Jobi McAnnuff (31, midfielder) and Garath McCleary (25, forward); Watford's Lloyd Doyley (29, defender); Huddersfield's Jermaine Beckford (28, forward) and James Vaughn (24, forward); Karsruher's (Germany) Daniel Gordon (27, midfielder); Burnley's Marvin Bartley (26, midfielder); Derby County's Theo Robinson (23, forward) have offered themselves for service.
Also, there are moves to confirm 19-year-old West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison for the Under-20 Boyz who are due to have their CONCACAF final play-offs in Puebla, Mexico in February next year.
While Burrell deemed the scouting and fact-finding mission an overall success, there were instances of letdown. The three-man Jamaican delegation also sought to court Queens Parks Rangers winger, 22-year-old David Hoilett; the Newcastle pair of defender/midfielder James Perch, 26, and defender Danny Simpson, 25, and Swansea City winger Nathan Dyer, 24, but were not convinced of their level of "desire and commitment".

Re: The Official 2014 Road to Brazil World Cup Qualifying Thread
Reggae Bwoys pull out the draw of their life in El Azteca!!!
Ryan Johnson with a 1v1 with the goalie where he absolutely miffed it directly at the goalie and Jobi McAnuff's point blank rebound into the open net again terribly shot right at the goalie.
Should've been a Jamaican win, but I think they'll be more than happy to leave with a point.

all games are must win games m8.. all games lol
but yea, if Chile beat Peru which they should, but probably wont since they've been going downhill since last fall, then Uruguay vs. Chile will basically look like an elimination match.

New Zealand with a huge 2-1 over a resurgent New Caledonia side.. with that New Zealand have officially won OFC Qualifiers and qualify into the Inter-Continental play-off against 4th place CONCACAF.

And thats it!!! Portugal salvage 1 point from what would've been a disastrous result in Israel.
Israel still placed in that play-off spot infront of Portugal with 8 points and ahead on GD.

Think Croatia will beat Serbia today.
Serbia is terrible, their defense is overrated, a player like Subotic performs much better for Dortmund.
