Papiss Cisse opened the doors of his home to young Newcastle fans as the striker looks to find his scoring boots for the new season.
The Toon No 9 and the lucky supporters played FIFA, pool and had a kickabout in the garden as Cisse cooked a barbecue at his home in Ponteland, Northumberland.
The star fielded questions from the fans and their parents, explaining why he put on the event.

I’ve liked it here from day one. I feel very much at home,' he told the Chronicle.
'I like the area and the supporters and the city. For me now it is all about making them happy.
'I wanted to spend more time with my fans. They are very important to me. I have missed them over the summer so I wanted to see them again at the start of the season.
'It is a gift for them at the start of the season.'
Cisse is renowned locally for holding these types of events as he handed each child a signed shirt, with a few of them fans he has kept in touch with since his arrival on Tyneside in 2012.
The striker let the youngsters have the free run of his luxury home, which includes a pool table - with his name emblazoned across it - and a giant screen to play EA Sports' FIFA 14.
The striker also gave the youngsters some shooting tips as they played football in his garden.
Cisse caused controversy at Newcastle over the summer over the club's sponsor Wonga, but has since resolved the matter and has led the line for Alan Pardew's men this season, although he has yet to find the net.

We're not like Arsenal, we want to win every cup every year. Rodgers didn't do anything wrong with his team selection. It's hardly his fault that serious injuries occurred. He wanted to win the match by half time and then take off the likes of Stevie, Kolo, and Sturridge. But things just didn't go as planned.

Sure, for Pool fans, it's very disappointing because everything that could've gone wrong did go wrong. Except going through to the next round. Sturrdige, Stevie, Agger, Johnson will have 4/5 days to rest and recuperate from the 120 minute game time. Coutinho, Henderson, Mingolet should be fine as they didn't play that much. Aspas, Lucas, and Enrique didn't even take part.

The only problem real injury concern for the first team is Kolo. He will be massively missed. However Skrtel is fit again and he can take of the job just as well.

Not confirmed yet, but looked very bad, he went out on a stretcher. Post match, Rodgers said that his groin opened up, whatever that means.

It'll be a good match, Arsenal are a settled side, but are dealing with injuries to some important players right now. They have some obvious weaknesses, but they are a good team who finished last season off arguably better than any other side.

Tottenham will have potentially 8 different starters from last season, we are very much a team in flux, and are still developing chemistry.

Clearly, Arsenal are the team with the most to lose in this fixture. Rightly or wrongly, Wenger and his methods are being questioned once again, and I think at this point in the season it just means more for Arsenal to get 3 points.

Like it or not, Arsenal are the home side, and they will be treated as such by the officials who for some reason have a hard time getting out of the way in North London Derbys (we will get the same favoritism in the replay).

Personally, I will be happy to get out of this game with a point (not in the Chelsea way of lulling the other side to sleep). However, regardless of the result in this match, Arsenal will be emphatically dismantled when they come to White Hart Lane.

I don't agree... The Cissokho and Allen injuries aren't on BR, as those players would've played regardless of the team we put out, but I said in chat before the game I wasn't comfortable with Kolo getting a runout. I would've rather seen Skrtel (especially with these new rumors that he's fit now), Kelly or even Agger than our 32 year old CB. Gerrard I also wasn't comfortable with, I would've rather seen Hendo in that slot. I have no problem with putting out strong teams for cups, but some players can afford the added gametime more than others.

Both were won fairly tbh though. The first was definitely handling. The second game I guess the actual PK was a dive but Tottenham had been disallowed a legitimate PK earlier in the game so it evened out.

Meanwhile the first PK in the Villa game was definitely right, and the second one is debatable. Personally I'm not sure he was incorrect since Koscielny took out Agbonlahor's trailing leg before he had even gotten the ball.

But no...the refs clearly favor the Tottenham lot, yes. Completely correct.

Whilst I may slightly favor you on Hendo over Gerrard argument, there is no way you play Agger over Kolo in this game. Daniel is the most injury prone player in our squad and the only reason we kept him fit last season was because his game time was monitored to perfection by our staff (he rarely played two games in a week, only the one Zenit match in fact). Rodgers had no choice but to play Kolo because no one else was available. Coates is injured for the rest of the season. Skrtel, as Rodgers said, was not ready fitness wise for this game (I think the manager knows more than some rumors on twitter about his fitness levels). Same with Kelly, especially since he had a shocker of a game against United U-21s midweek at CB. Wisdom was a no brainer but it's hardly BR's mistake of playing a 32 year old Kolo alongside him when really playing Agger would've been just a big of a gamble.

And also back to the Gerrard-Hendo debacle. Last season against Oldham and Swansea (the two teams that knocked us out of the cups), Rodgers played a Hendo-Allen double pivot which proved an awful decision in both games as the two of them just do not play well together for some reason and we got knocked out in those games. Another one where you can't really blame him for.

Injuries can happen anytime. Heck even in training they happen. And these are professional athletes, I think 4/5 days rest is more than enough to recuperate from 120min match in midweek.
