The biggest shock for me was that his finger didn't snap in two when he blew on it.
Deserves all he gets at the brit if he can dish it out, class-less and went out of his way to do that

I'm happy for Ramsey, I was watching that Stoke game where he got his leg broken and you had to feel sorry for the young kid. Seems like a good lad and it's nice to see that he has stepped up his game so tremendously. I remember quite a few Arsenal fans slamming him, too...

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V2
Think here is Man U's problem:
United English outfield players: 6
City English outfield players: 0
And I wouldnt put any of the 6 in the "world class" bracket.
No RVP, no party

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V2
United's problem is that they believed in their own lies. Because they finished off last season 12 points above City, they thought they were that much better than them.
There are two problems with that:
1- United were not 12 points better than City. On their day, City would humiliate them as much as they did today. It's just that they were not anywhere near as consistent as United were.
2- City have strengthened. Arsenal have strengthened. Spurs have strengthened. Liverpool have strengthened. Chelsea have strengthened. The one team which pretty much didn't do anything in the transfer window is United. Why? Again, because they thought they were 12 points better than the second team in the league.
PS: I personally thought Fellaini was a great player back at Everton but he's been average at best for United the few times I've watched him. No idea why.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V2
It's not that hard to figure out what happened to United.
SAF is worth 10-15 points per year plus him being in charge makes good to world class players want to come to United.
This window they missed out on players not because they didn't want to spend money but because players probably didn't want to join the Moyes experiment and you can't really blame them as the guy has no pedigree.
He may turn out to be the next SAF (time will tell) but until he gets some trophies under his belt and accomplishes something other than making Everton respectable, class players will go other places.
I mean even Spurs and AVB seems more attractive these days for a top player than United.
I admire United sticking to there guns and hiring a guy they think can be there for the long term as so many clubs think just in the short term these days but they have to realize how hard the transfer market will be with Moyes at the helm especially if United were to have a down year.
I hope they don't but you just get the feeling the more you watch them that this job is just too big for Moyes.

How stupid do these dickwads look for slating Arsene about the Flamini signing? lol
I think Flamini has been as big of a signing for us as Ozil.

I think Fellaini would have been fine if he hadn't been bought to play a role where he's being asked to be superhuman. I know some people fancy Carrick a Defensive midfielder of sorts but you're really going to play Fellaini and Rooney and call that your midfield?

Tbh, that video is still quite funny and you're praising Flamini for playing well against stoke? Impressive.....Arsenalfaithfull wrote:
