Just by looking at the table, this year's premier league will be intense from start to finish

2 of their last 3 wins in last 23 games have come against us....
Under any other regime both would be sackable offenses....
But not the thread for this really.

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm, but I do think you may be onto something.1991 wrote:no it won't liverpool & arsenal will drop off by christmas it will be the two sugar daddy clubs going head to head
I don't think Liverpool will title challenge, but I really hope that is our aim. If we aim for a top 4 spot, we won't get it. Going for a top 4 spot is pretty much accepting dropping points at times and we can't afford to do that with 5 other clubs (so including us, 6 in total) fighting to get in there (with maybe 2-3 clubs fighting for the title itself).
Arsenal looked very tired after the end of the Crystal Palace game (granted they had 10 men) but they have 4 very hard games coming up in 2 weeks. Their fitness will be tested in those next 4 games. If they come off okay, that'll set themselves up for a great campaign.
I said it from the start, Mou's tactic looks rubbish for the neutrals (it really isn't entertaining to watch...) but his game style is effective to get results. Chelsea will be there by the end of it.
City still have a question mark on top of them. They've had a horrid start, and don't look too great away from home. They've got of settled in the last few games though, so it will be interesting to see how they do in the next couple of months.
Think it'll be hard to decide a winner until the end of the winter market. Arsenal need a couple of reinforcements (most importantly a Giroud back-up) and we don't know what the sugar daddy's are going to do just yet. But if I was asked to choose a winner from now, I think it'll be those 3 (Arsenal, City, Chelsea).

I just put the top 6 teams in lol, never implied all of them would contend.
Anyway the mere notion of Man Yoo contending is surely funnier

Madrid and Bayern were very poor teams back then.So were Barca who were on a decline before Pep took over.
Throw PSG and Dortmund into the mix now.Non-EPL teams have a better chance at the CL than the EPL ones.No doubt about that.

It certainly looks like it, especially if Liverpool and Arsenal win tomorrow. Some cracking games coming up aswell.

It's not a fail, just another example about how unpredictable and awesome the Premier League is.

Still only between City and Chelsea imo. Arsenal and Liverpool have as much of a chance as Atletico, it's mathematically possible but very unlikely.

You defended Moyes after that so you lose all credibility.

And your arguments between BB and myself are still unjustified too.
