I remember when we got a 16 year old Suso and 15 year old Sterling 3 years ago and I was excited as frak and last season we finally saw some of their ability in the first team. Sterling is ripping up preseason right now, and Suso had a great U20 World Cup.

On a sidenote,thats just crazy money for a club like Napoli for their level of finances.
They better have some sort of crazy marketing plan or something or  have that plan of selling him in a few years for atleast the same fee which they might be bringing him for.
That said i dont really see Higuain joining them.Not just wages being the issue but i dont really see him being convinced of going there.
They have a project which may or may not fetch them instant success.He's better off joining some top club in EPL which would meet his ambitions and wouldnt necessarily be that big a step down from Madrid as it would be if he joins Napoli for instance.I may be wrong though.

Not really. Higuain will back down off of that. He wants to leave badly. It's just negotiation. In the end, he'll keep 25% of his rights or he'll get 50% percent after a threshold is met where Napoli get 100% until then.

It's not even a glimmer tbh. It's no hope if this is the only issue remaining.

Agreeing on wages is going to be really difficult for Napoli.They have a wage bill of like 60m and Cavani was their highest earner at 4m.The only way this image rights issue can be resolved is if they offer him a high pay something like 6m which i have my doubts over.

Besides i think he'll reject them anyway.Just a hunch.

They had offered to increase Cavani's wages to 8 mil if he were willing to stay... but PSG offered more.

i don't really see that as a problem since Highain is asking for 6 mil.

All i'm reading is Napoli are going to find it very difficult to agree terms with the player and his entourage.(And this includes the image rights issue).

they had difficulties with callejons image rights as well I remember but came to an agreement in the end. I have nl doubt they will agree something that will favour him
