Reports emanating from Italy claim Southampton are preparing another move to try and sign Pablo Daniel Osvaldo from Roma.

Reports coming out of Italy from the Corriere dello Sport claim Napoli's €35million (£30m) offer for Gonzalo Higuain has been accepted by Real Madrid. It means Arsenal look set to miss out on the Argentine striker.

Stoke City are in talks with Benfica striker Nelson Oliviera over a possible loan move to the Britannia Stadium. Cardiff have also been linked with Oliviera, but Stoke are hoping to win the race for the forward.

Nacer Chadli signed with Spurs. Does anybody have any info on this guy? Is he a right winger? I imagine he could of been bought as competition for Lennon no? After Higuain is gone, and Damiao headed to Napoli, there will be no more big name strikers left for them to sign

Thats a terrible rumor actually.This rumor is reposted and recycled every season that Manu are interested in Vucinic.CDS are a garbage source.Dont read too much into it.

Seems to me that AVB was rebuilding the same system he had at Porto.

This bloke will probably be the Varela and Bale will be Hulk.... just waiting for Falcao Laughing

To be fair he's been linked with United a few times. And Spurs + St petersburg.

So if that type of offer did come along, i'd grab it personally.

That United links are because SAF might've been impressed by him when they played Roma some long time back and probably might've enquired about him but nothing came to fruition.Its like the annual Juventus-Bocchetti rumors,this is just a bit of lazy journalism.Nothing much.

Spurs might be interested now that Baldini is there but nothing concrete as yet.

Internacional officially purchased Scocco.Surely means Damiao is on his way out.Most probably to Napoli.I think they'll sign him in the end despite the difficulties right now.

Players can't join the league after the deadline, but they can leave to leagues which are still active.
