Apparently Internacional are having difficulties in signing Damiao's supposed replacement in Nilmar so there are some rumors which suggest that they could keep Damiao.

You better believe this is a similar case with Higuain.

Oil clubs landed all their targets,Chelsea are serious about signing Rooney.That leaves with Napoli and Arsenal and there's no way either are gonna offer more than 30m.

At best you'd get 30m for him imo.

please, if Benitez wants Higuain he will get him and he seems to like him. Also according to Marca Perez will not listen to offers less than 35ME

Actually i dont know if Higuain would accept Naples as a destination but if he does i'm sure there will be a full house at San Paolo to welcome him.He wont get more 'love and affection' than at Napoli and also considering the fact that he's from Maradona land.

That 12m price is not confirmed btw.I'll believe it when i see the details on Napoli's official website. And i would gladly admit defeat if thats the case.

I agree in fact most teams will respect him and love him. he is a hardworker who guarantees you goals he has just been alittle unlucky in CL unfortunately

do napoli state the amount on their website thats weird not many teams do. Anyhow he just passed his medical it will be official very soon

So if Napoli are meeting with his agent to discuss Gila then they have truely *bleep* up.

They have about 100M to spend (Read it on Sky text, makes sense considering the Cavani + Lav money) and they're throwing it away instead of building a real top squad. Makes Juventus' life easier, but is bad for the league as a whole

you dont need a team filled with wc players to win. Atleti showed it perfectly. you just need a coach who knows how to use the players at hand and maximise their potential

No you don't need a team full of WC players.

But they're aiming for the scudetto, so Atleti proved nothing. Also, Atleti happened to have a player who is similar to Cavani in his ability to find goals.

If they want to win the scudetto, they need a team that looks better than what they have now. It's not like Juve are beating the big teams and failing against the lesser sides. So them grinding out results is fine and all. Meanwhile Juve are gridning out the same results + defeating the top teams.

lol Falcao was non existent for Atleti for nearly the whole of the second half of the season. besides higuain is better than both

Atleti are not able to win the league because they constantly have to sell players to repay their enormous tax debt but yet they still challenge in cups they just don't have the bench to compete for the league title

so far they have done some great purchases they just need to be careful not to overspend. Albiol will be the experienced one in the backline. I haven't watched them but they finished second last season and were challenging juve for a long period of time. if they can add a couple of other quality players besides the ones they have they can definitely pip juve to the scudetto

Morata is being sold to Sevilla (with buyback option triggerable by Madrid) for 10 mil according to AS.

I think that means Madrid is going to make a move for Bale and make CF the backup CF. In any case, it means that Madrid are in the market for a CF unless they intend to go with Benz and CR7 as the only two CF options... which i doubt.

Yeah... so far Morata is saying no. But how can he say no when the club wants to sell him? Doesn't he see that it's a sign they don't trust him yet?

If he doesn't want to go to Sevilla specifically, then that's another story. But if I'm Morata, i realize that the club doesn't trust me.
