For 20m? In this market, that is his fair market value.

10m is a fair price considering he was getting 220k p/w at City. I highly doubt he would of took a 100k+ wage decrease to join Juventus, so you can argue a lot of his true transfer fee went more towards his wages than the initial fee to City.

I'm sure Rafa can convince him to join Napoli. He's in the hunt for a new keeper, and they're also in the CL. He'd go more for Rafa, with that said. But yeah, you're right. Barca seems the only logical side if he was to move, which I'm quite confident is the case.

Would love it if he chose Monaco or Napoli

Common sense dictates that he's definitely off this summer. Mignolet's price tag is too high to just bring him in as a #2. And Reina's wages are too high to keep on the bench. Obviously the reports indicate that he'll be staying but I don't believe them for a second. One of Barret/Pearce said that they definitely feel like Reina might be off on twitter (can't remember which for the life of me). Take it as you will but i have a feeling Reina's already gone.

There's no indication from any party that Barca are going to need a CB this coming season (Valdes said he's staying), that they're even interested in Reina at the point anymore (ter Stegen the favorite by a mile), or that Reina expects a move of any kind (repeatedly stated in recent weeks he's expecting to stay and happy to have competition).

One party may well lie/hide the truth, but NONE of the parties or factors currently suggest Barca are pursuing Reina in this window.

Why would Reina come out and say that? A deal must be in place. There is no chance we signed Mignolet for 9m to sit on the bench. Especially when he's the better keeper of the two.

Pretty sure you mean GK, not CB. Which would stay in line with the rest of your post. There is certainly indication by every party that Barca need a CB this coming season and if we don't then I'm tightrope walking across the grand canyon. But you are correct about Valdes and ter Stegen.

As for the whole Liverpool GK situation, I'm going to sit back and watch this one unfold because as of now I don't know what will happen.

Juve are no oil club.He'll be earning €5.5m per annum for 3 years ,
which is roughly around £4.8m per annum

The incentive is there for Reina to pack his bags and leave. It's a WC year, I'm sure he wants to be in the Spain squad for one last major tournament. Now, it's very hard for me to envision us paying 10m for GK and bench him or to have our second GK earning almost 100k. Because, first, we don't have cash growing on trees like some top teams do, to be in a position to do such a thing. And second we really don't need 2 quality goalkeepers.
