transfer market just gets uglier...seriously man we got kaka thats enough we just need to be focusing on defender, or better yet, deputy for de jong... i dont like kucka but for niang i am willing to see that.

Ibarbo was not bought this summer, kind of surprising Imo. Next year will be even more expensive.

SES will stay, mark my words.. the manchester city thing is not going to happen. Plus, Ozil is going to Arsenal for 45m..

JespSwe, now that we got Kaka our priority is Astori for tomorrow

I think it's a good choice.

With so many attackers, it's best to loan out Niang, as he will have little play time tbh..

Balo,Matri,Pazzo,SES,Robinho,Kaka,Saponara ... Niang won't survive o-o unless IDK we play 4-3-3 again? or 4-2-3-1 ? Idk.. things look grim for Niang with this squad.. Niang-Kucka should be ideal..

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri is open to a late deal for Cagliari defender Davide Astori.

Astori was benched for today's defeat to Milan.

Allegri said: “I think Davide is one of the best Italian defenders in circulation. We have good defenders anyway and I am happy with what we’ve got. Astori would be useful for many clubs, so we’ll see what happens.”

Galliani could try to sign Kucka (with Niang included in a co-ownership or loan deal) and Astori today. #Calciomercato

.... make it happen chief!!! cheers

I'm sorry but not even Youtube videos make Astori out to be great

Anyways, if we are truly getting Astori. We better not get bankrolled by Cagliari

Chriches 7m

Alderweireld 7m

All below 25

Zapata 6m

That moment when they ball us and we get Astori for 10 m

Our policy of signing below 24

Matri for 12m

Honda cup tied

Messed up the Honda deal

Montolivo TQ

even milannews.it said SES leaving was super exaggerated. he was benched against caligari because he has been playing full 90 mins ever since our campaign started along with CL!

and also allegri said he wanted to try robinho as second striker because monto is playing as AM. but he assured that el shaarawy position is not threatened.

So the market is closed according to galliani... at least no more players coming according to him...

welp, so much hype about the 30M from the UCL, but in the end we only spent 2.7M on Matri and Kaka came for free.. this could mean 2 things:

1. We're using part of that for kaka's salary

2. January will be sexy

I am kind of happy Kaka is back because I know it will be great for our other Ricky and we needed that experience which none of our other players have with Ambrosini gone now but I am pissed at Kaka overall because he is being a bit greedy with his wages considering he has been irrelevant to the footballing world in recent times.

yeah cagliari got no europpean championships to play hopefully we snap him and honda in january, or maybe a bigger CB since we didn't spend the 30M of the preliminaries, and if we go through we will get even more money Cool

IF we get through. At least that is something to look forward too.

And what about Yanga Mbiwa? He isn't cup tied either. I was really looking forward to him, sad to see our stinginess hurt us like that. Is he a starter at Newcastle?

Paolo Cannavaro's agent has confirmed that the Napoli skipper turned down the opportunity to join AC Milan on deadline day.

The defender has been a regular for the Partenopei since signing from Parma in 2006, but he has started Rafael Benitez's reign at the Serie A giants on the bench.

Milan offered Cannavaro an escape route on Monday but - according to the club skipper's representative, Gaetano Fedele - the 32-year-old is keen to fight for his place at the San Paolo.

"There was an offer from Milan which was to exchange Paolo for Cristian Zaccardo," Fedele told ITA Sport Press.

"However, Paolo wanted to remain a Napoli player and we hope he can become an integral part of the project."

Cannavaro will be hoping to feature in Napoli's next game after the international break against Atalanta on September 15 following back-to-back wins in their opening two 2013-14 Serie A results.

Cannavaro is a good defender, but he's not young - that's the problem.

I wouldn't mind Prandelli tbh . In any case , i'd be glad with either of them. Both great coaches , who i respect .

Though i think by the time Allegri does leave , there would be other candidates involved as well , such as Spalleti . As for Prandelli , i thought Roma or Juventus were going to sign him after his time with Fiorentina ended. It's too early for me to express an opinion about it , even though i already feel comfortable with the idea.

I am one of Allegri's biggest fans , but even i know that there will be a day when we will need the change. I am all in for change , i will always be , but a change to trully and effectively work needs the right timing . I was always of the opinion that coaches should be changed after a 4-5 (max) years period. Very few stay on more than a 4 year period . Only time will show if Allegri is such a special coach , but i admire him and his work a lot.

If we win something this season , can't even tell what tbh , i would see no good reason to change the coach . But if such a swap does happen and it is Prandelli , i would be ok with it. Allegri says he would like to coach Italy in the future , but the truth is that he will only have 1 chance to realise this desire and if it does come after the world cup , he could leave actualy. Tbh , i hope he doesn't and it's not because of Prandelli . Allegri is a much better coach than most give him credit for. Unless he lost his way at the helm , i wouldn't ditch something that's been working well , even for Prandelli .

With the management's history with Allegri, i doubt he's going to stay after this year

I too, wouldn't mind Prandelli. He probably knows Montolivo inside out, but i don't know what he'll do with Pazzini. Maybe thats why we brought Matri hmm

He'll also be fantastic with Balotelli, there was always a special bond between these 2. Though i don't know what to make of SES and what he might do with him

Don't forget that he called up MDS for the Confeds (as well as SES), shows his faith with the youngsters

All in all, i think he'd do a decent job

My only worry is the Montolivo TQ experiment(s) that might be occur if Kaka is injured Mad

Could be .. it's business though , if Allegri meets the requirements and objectives of the season , things might end up different. I think if Allegri is going to leave , it will be only for Italy or because he really fkd up lol . Can't see any other reason , Berlusconi gets to say a lot of things , but for many years now Galliani is moving strings in Milan and he's in favour of Allegri , so far he has been , at least.

Whatever , Prandelli is a good coach , i would be excited if he coaches Milan one day. After Allegri , my personal favourites would be one of Prandelli , Rijkaard or Spalleti . All 3 of them would do a great job with Milan imo , their ideas and general experience is of the highest order.

What i certainly won't like to see , is a Leonardo case once again. Don't fkn test our intelligence Galliani Proud

Champagne football : against Genoa , Siena and Cagliari Proud

Huntelaar scores the most amazing goals : substitute or on the wing Proud

Borriello , Pirlo , Seedorf , Ronaldinho , Zambrotta , Ambrosini slower than ever : counter attack tactics Proud

No depth in midfield , Pirlo exhausted due to tactics : wants wingers in January Proud

Borriello sucked last game , next game : Pato on the right wing , Huntelaar and Inzaghi on the bench Proud

Pirlo "i'm exhausted" : plays the rest of the season non-stop Proud

Keisuke Honda has confirmed that he will leave CSKA Moscow when his contract expires at the end of December, but has hinted that he might not move on to AC Milan.

The Rossoneri have long been linked with a move for the Japan international but ultimately failed to lure him to Serie A this summer.

They have been vocal in their intentions to sign the 27-year-old when he becomes a free agent in January, but Honda has hinted that he could go elsewhere.

"I have many choices, but I want to compare as much as possible," he said.

"I don't think there's a chance I will stay in Russia. I just need to focus on the Russian league and the Champions League, so I don't want to talk about this right now."

Honda moved to the Russian capital from VVV in 2010.
