Chiriches joined Spurs for 7m...while we signed Zapata for 6m.

Alderweild is also joining Atletico for 6m Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out - Page 34 2276801876

It appears as if CSKA have rejected our bid and will not sell Honda

Reports also emerging that Montolivo might be our TQ until Honda comes

I do not want TQ Montolivo

I do not want cup tied Honda

I hope Saponara explodes to the scene if he is able to

This 'mercato' has been a total failure so far.

I am in disbelief that we let KPB leave without having a substitute. Why are we getting Kaka? He is washed up and worthless at this point, his salary demands are also ridiculous.

The CSKA president just said no to our offer for Honda, but we would rather spend our money on a sub of a sub. Honda would have made us competitive on all fronts.

Completely baffled to how we approached this mercato, it seems our market is void of all logic. Despise how we handled everything

Bar Poli and everything has been meh or shit

Zapata 6m
Miss out on Honda because we seem to have 'taunted' or ridiculed them
Sold Boateng without think through this, no replacement as of yet
Got Silvestre on loan for 1.5 m

I swear as soon as someone gets injured (Bonera, Pazzo) we scramble and search for a replacement. Why not vest our faith on Petagna or Niang? How about Vergara for Bonera? Even though they are raw, they will be adequate until injuries are recovered. Hell, even Allegri said that Petagna is good enough to replace Pazzo until he returns. We're also settling for cup-tied Honda..

Omg gutted about our transfers! Boateng leaving for pennies 10 m for being a big game player and scoring goals against Barcelona etc and buying a 30 year old bench player for 11 mil in Matri?

I was not against selling Boateng at all, as his build up play is crap even though he has the power to decide a game, but I absolutely expected Eriksen OR Honda to arrive right away in return! ffs:S

Il Diavolo wrote:Sakho's price is around 23m Euros, so even if we actually were interested, we would never have payed that much.

Eriksen on the other hand might leave for 10m, and that was something we should have gone for. But no, we had to thrown away 11m at Matri! Mad
Sakho's price tag set by PSG was around 10-12m, but we didn't really approach PSG for him, all french media bs.. Eriksen has joined Spurs too..

We haven't gotten Honda because of CSKA's president...he must realize the player wants to leave and his price is nowhere close to 5m because it only has like 4months left... we do now have more resources and could splash the 5m in his face, but he's not willing to sell. If he doesn't wanna, then he won't.. simple as that, don't blame Galliani. Now let's see what else are we going to bring home... I'm really curious, lots of crazy movement going on.

Selling boateng was the right decision. He always was the problem in our midfield and didn't give us the freedom to get a true trequartista. He was also inconsistent. 15 mil is very fair for him. I like matri as a striker, although I do agree he is expensive. Keep in mind it wasn't long ago we had maxi Lopez as a backup. Consider matri the same, but he's better quality. Once pazzo comes back we are going to have a very formidable, deep attacking line. We won't need to worry about injuries and won't have the pazzo fiasco from last year.

What's left are a few marquee signings. It doesn't send like a good defender will be purchased but it is what we need. Looking at players that could possibly leave their teams our options could include ozil, pastore, and papa for defends. Any of those would make this mercato a huge success. I know they are ambitious but crazier things have happened.

Kaka moves closer to Milan after admitting “I miss Italy,” while CSKA Moscow shoot down another Keisuke Honda offer.

The Rossoneri have been very active over the last few days since securing their spot in the Champions League.

Alessandro Matri was signed from Juventus for approximately €10m-€12m, while Kevin-Prince Boateng was sold to Schalke 04 for the same amount.

Milan have made it clear they intend to bring in a creative midfielder to replace Boateng and the first choice was Honda.

“Nothing has changed. Keisuke will remain with us,” declared CSKA Moscow director general Roman Babaev.

The Japan international will arrive at San Siro in January on a free transfer, as his contract expires on December 31, but the latest offer from Milan was also turned down.

This all points to Kaka’s return after he announced he’d requested a transfer from Real Madrid and more clues are building to support this theory.

“I miss Italy so much,” Kaka told Simona Ventura’s web television show. “Every time I get the chance, I am pleased to see my Italian friends.”

Sao Paulo Vice-President Joao Paulo de Jesus Lopes also suggested Milan was his likely destination.

“We are always in contact with Kaka, therefore we know he is not interested in coming back to Brazil. We’re convinced that when he does want to return, he will choose Sao Paulo.”

According to Sky Sport Italia, negotiations over personal terms are not going well, as Kaka would like €8m per season wages compared to the €3m offered by Milan.

We really just can not help ourselves. I can only hope that Perez decides to be a stubborn old git about letting Ricky go and makes it impossible for us to grab him.

from what I've seen from him, he's a good player miles better than Bakaye.. plays more on the wing and has good shooting skill.

I was wondering about something. If we get Kaka, does this mean we won't be getting Honda? I don't recall if Kaka has european citizenship.

Manchester City and Milan are in negotiations for Stephan El Shaarawy. If El Shaarawy leaves, Ozil might arrive from Madrid. (Sky Italia)

If this happens I will cry. I love ozil as much as anyone but SES is out future. This CANNOT HAPPEN.
