btw, our feeder club Genoa has got Perin and Lodi now. I think they will stay in Serie A.

Nice summary. Have to say inter still look quite poor, although they made some good transfer dealings.
Napoli reportedly have 124 million to spend. they could become extremely good if they spend wisely (which they haven't really done so far). ADL is a great president with ambition, something Milan sorely lacks

"Keisuke Honda could join Milan this summer after all. At the end of the week there will be a summit in Moscow between the player’s entourage and CSKA, who is seeking at least 2 million euro to let the player leave in the summer. The sponsors for the player are pushing to have the deal completed immediately and are willing to contribute financially, since they believe they will benefit from an immediate transfer to Milan."
How we don't have 2 million on hand to spend on a trequartista with amazing marketing potential is beyond me. I've spent hours thinking about why we would decide not to go ahead with this, but there is simply no reason I can think of. Really boggles my mind.
This deal should have been closed weeks ago. It's honestly pathetic that we need the sponsors help to shell out a few million, particularly given the amount of money we can earn from merchandising.
On the other hand we are looking to offer Zaccardo + 5 million for Paletta. Can't understand what's going on
well, media makes up the prices, i m sure there are lot of complications in the deal. plus we have this ... player should leave before we buy stance going on. i dont mind, either way honda is going to be ours...
on the other hand i would be pissed if indeed milan spend stupid money on someone stupid defender.
i am pretty happy with vergara, we are covered in CB.
actually i am pretty happy with our squad now, we have young players so its all good. last year was a mess, this year atleast we have point of reference in talented youngsters like saponara, poli, vergara, cristante.
We are still one injury/suspension away from Disaster (Montolivo), and have no proper AM (I don't think we can rely on Sapo just yet). so 2 massive holes in our squad that haven't been addressed.
IMO spend 3 mil on Honda, 6-8 on a CB, and buy another CM by using the money from Boateng's sale

Cristante is very creative, also Poli can play as a playmaker as well.

Anderlecht teenager Frank Acheampong is 'proud' to have been linked with a move to AC Milan and also hopes to play in the Premier League in the future.
The 19-year-old featured for Ghana at the recent Under 20 World Cup and he only joined Belgian side Anderlecht in January, initially on loan before signing a three-year contract.
He impressed against Milan in the prestigious Viareggio Tournament in February when he scored twice as Anderlecht beat the Italian outfit 3-0 in the final.
Reports have claimed that Milan, along with Serie A rivals Lazio and Roma are considering a move for the winger, while West Brom have also been linked with a bid.
Acheampong is hoping that any scouts who watched him in Turkey were impressed and he is keen to eventually play in England.
"I am still an Anderlecht player," said Acheampong.
"I am hearing positive reports about me and that clubs are interested in me. It makes me proud to be linked with great clubs such as AC Milan.
"I want to play in England one day. I have heard a couple of teams from there watched me in the World Cup, so I hope I impressed them."

Re: Mercato Rossonero: Milan Transfer Activity Inside Out
AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has said that the club have received no bids for Kevin-Prince Boateng.
He also confirmed talks for Robinho's sale to Santos have broken down, and that they will have to wait until January to sign Keisuke Honda from CSKA Moscow.
It had seemed that the team who finished third in Serie A last season would be engaging in frequent transfer activity but according to Galliani, no comings and goings will happen in the near future.
Boateng signed for the Rossoneri in 2010 and has gone on to score 15 goals in 98 appearances for the San Siro club, but Galliani has rubbished any suggestions that he could be set for a move.
He said to Mediaset Premium: "Boateng has never asked to move and there have been no requests for him."
They had also planned to sell Brazilian attacking midfielder Robinho, but Galliani revealed that a future meeting will eventually decide his future, and this has ended Milan's current interest in Fiorentina's Adem Ljajic.
"The negotiations with Santos have failed and in the coming weeks we will talk to Robinho about his contract.
"In attack we have seven players for three places, so Ljajic won't come. If no attacker leaves, no attacker will arrive."
They will also wait for Japanese international Honda to become available in the January transfer window, when his current contract comes to an end, while Mathieu Flamini is likely to be on the move this summer, due to the arrival of midfielder Andrea Poli from Sampdoria.
"Honda? He won't come now," Galliani added. "But his contract expires in December and I hope he will arrive in January.
"What are the chances that Flamini will stay? Zero. Andrea Poli has arrived in his place."

The agent of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has quelled suggestions that his client could move to Italian outfit AC Milan this summer.
It had been speculated that the Italian outfit were preparing a bid for the Frenchman's services, but Karim Djaziri has insisted that the 25-year-old will not depart the Spanish capital.
"Benzema is staying with Madrid. There is nothing with Milan and I have nothing further to say," his agent told reporters in Spain.
Benzema, who joined Madrid from Lyon in 2009, scored 21 goals in 50 games last season.

I think we still need to sign at least Honda & a CB. Honda can play the role of AM or vice-Monty if he were to get injured.

Adil Rami would be my first choice for center back, but too bad we don't have money for him.

Once the Marquinhos deal is made official, I believe that PSG will begin listening to offers for Sahko, however I imagine we would face significant competition for his signature. I can't see us offering more than 12 million though and PSG wouldn't accept such a fee.

so pissed with contract extension, we should have just got rid of his salary and replaced with some talented youth....
now at some point we will have trouble getting rid of him.

I hope we are extending his contract so that we can sell him for more money.
3.5 million per year is what I hear.... way too high of a contract given how cheap we have been recently... something doesn't add up

Sakho could be interesting, but as of now it's fantacalcio. As for Robinho, I've said before when on form he is incredibly dangerous. I know he has not been at his best, but the world cup is coming up and I can guarantee that he will want to be part of the squad. Expect a new Robinho this season.

Has anyone else seen this rumor? I don't know if this site is legit or not. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/491882/20130718/liverpool-transfer-news-christian-eriksen-ac-milan.htm?
I personally like the idea of eriksen to milan more than any other rumor I have heard this summer in regards to milan. Although I do want to see another CB.
