Is Willy Caballero Elite?

There are increased requests to call up Willy Caballero. What do you guys make of him? Genuinely good keeper or just riding along Malaga's success? Right now he's the least scored on keeper in Europe with only 4 goals scored against him in 12 matches.

not very high, he is an average keeper tbh
The times i have seen him he has made many mistakes and let in goals he shouldn't have. Malaga's defence on the other hand are what has made Malaga so solid and hard to score on

He's always been a decent GK but this season he's especially solid so I was a bit shocked to see he's never been called up to the NT. Romero is good but willy needs a chance IMO

Looks like he has a similar problem as Roman Weidenfeller...
BTW, I noticed Willy when I put together the top defenses stats. Impressive stats indeed!

I think Romero's been the most decent keeper for Argentina since Abbondanzieri. He's reliable if unspectacular. But I agree that on the very least Willy should get called up.

He's been great the times i've seen him, covered alot of Malaga's defensive mistakes today

Without him Malaga would be out of this tie already ( also Dortmund's finishing too arguably)
