So who is truely best of the best. Speaking overall. Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentine make the top 4, winning consistenly. What about Uruguay? Inconsistency? What about cups? England, France, Spain? Netherlands and Portugal? These 6 teams are considered top, yet teams like Czech Republic, USSR, Sweden have a similar history, but are not.
